I went to Ulta yesterday. I couldn't even smell the fragrances in there. It was like a huge vat of ALL the fragrances mixed together. They all smelled alike to me. One of the sales ladies even said to me "This fragrance is a BEAST! It lasts about 4 hours."!!! And to top it off they were ALL over 100 bucks for less than 2ounces. I am done with designer fragrances. Watery, weak, one just like the other and EXPENSIVE. Out of my way Ulta, I am going to the Walmart online site and ordering my fragrances from the Middle East!!!!
Vanilla is in most fragrances to help the fragrance last longer on the skin esp when it comes to fruity fragrances they don’t last as long so vanilla is added for longevity. It can also add a creamy note and help smooth out sharp notes in some fragrances.
Thank you so much for this! Vanilla can be a little annoying especially when it comes to fruity and floral fragrances because of the creaminess you mentioned.
Middle Eastern bottle designs are top tier😍
You definitely got the Oud Amethyst right 🤣😂😂 I sprayed it twice on each arm and it got stronger and stronger throughout the day! I had to apply moisturizer 🧴 to mellow it out. But I think the longer it marries with your skin the more it smells like I’m standing in a rose garden. It’s definitely a grown woman fragrance, I love it!
Definitely a LOUD grown woman scent but I definitely do love it lol
The Fakhar is stunning!! Omg I spray it on myself when I’m home all day cleaning just so I can smell myself

Delilah is THAT GIRL!!! I got mine from La Belle for $20. One of the best perfumes I own. Casablanca has become my signature but she's next in line.
I think I need to revisit Casablanca. I didn’t care for it when I first smelled it in stores, but everyone loves so I’m definitely going to revisit it. Delilah on the other hand is BOMB 😭💗
@@tuneinwiththea it is my most complimented fragrance. I was wearing Alient by Thierry Mugler prior to Casablanca. I didn't get as many compliments with that one as I do with Casablanca.

I love that confidential private gold is beast mode! I’ve had it for about 2 months and I have to force myself not to wear it. I was nervous about getting the amber oud gold for the exact reason you mentioned I was scared they’d smell similar. My amber oud gold will be here tomorrow. I’m just getting back into fruity scents so Hoping it’s a love for me. Great reviews ❤
I had to force myself to stop wearing amber oud gold, that didn’t work and I finished it in less than 2 months 😭😭
I like your video and I LOVE Ajwad. It's my first Arabian fragrance and my mom and I are ready to jump into the Arabian fragrance pool. The first time we tried it, we were in the car. I was driving and she sprayed it for me. My whole car smelled of Ajwad! The dry down is my favorite...on my skin it smells fruity, spicy, and so complex. We love the packaging... the scent...the moment! It will forever be a great memory for me. 😊😂 (especially since my mom tried to take my perfume). 😅

Delilah perfum and Mon pari intensement are basically twins. I bought delilah based on your recommendation and when i sprayed it, i was like i smelled this before in one of my perfumes.. and alas! I tried on the Mon pari close but not quite, so i did some spray in my intensement and boyyy she’s that girl whose been waiting for her twin.. it blew me away and couldn’t believe it! So i went and looked into their notes and was like.. O.M.G! Identical notes. The dry down is almost identical.. the intensement is more like softer and the delilah is slight sharper but in a good way.. both are beautiful! If delilah is what people call “dupe” for delina then girlssss yall need to try mon pari intensement and do comparison. You’re welcome! ❤😂
Vanilla is that girl this season. I’m still a musk girl, but vanilla has made a big come back. Love the video

Your description of the Amethyst is my fave analysis (lol!). I have been on the fence about acquiring middle eastern scents due a blind buy gone wrong (lol!), but I have clicked on the links and will consider getting two. Blind buying these scents is an extreme sport 😭 but once you know what notes you like it becomes a bit easier lol also I’ll look for the link to this hair and post it in the description soon. Thanks for watching 🫶🏾

I've never heard anyone else talk about Armaf Le Femme. I personally own it and had to hunt it down a few years ago after one of my best girl friends showed it to me when I asked her what she was wearing every day at work. It smelled so delicious and reminded me so much of her that I had to buy it since the pandemic put distance between her and I. It's nothing overly complex or ground breaking but it's so pretty. Thank you for appreciating it as much as I do 💖

I feel the same way about Musk Mood. I love it for the reasons you don’t. Lol I love it for the gym too. It’s perfect for days when i want to give my nose a break from beast mode fragrances. I love it for work too. 👌🏾 great for layering like you said.

I remember watching this video earlier and I bought Delilah. I loved it. I recently bought Musk Mood! It smells like Old lady on me! I’m 54 and I don’t want to smell like old lady! I had to immediately take a shower! I am definitely going to have to layer it with something else if I wear it again!

Loved this video. I like how you describe scents. Me and you definitely have the same scent nose. I have all but 3 of the scents you mentioned. The dupe for Kirke' I have in my cart and I want to try but I'm nervous of peach scents bc sometimes peach scents can come off smelling like pee 🤣🤣🤣. That Delilah is so good and absolutely long lasting. I never smelled the actual Delina but I don't even need to too lol. You got me wanting to try that musk scent just as a gym scent lol. That Amethyst scent is absolutely everything you said.

Update. This Confidential Private Gold is GOOD. I absolutely love it. It does give me Amber Oud Gold vibes but more sweeter. Thank you so much for sharing your views. So far you've been steering me in the right direction

El Nabil musc coco, I didn't care for it but many girls love it. It's a coconut scent hamila is my favorite is just sweet and delicious it's not artificial smelling it's just good
I bought the Delilah perfume after all the hype on social media. It was okay when i tried it. Perhaps I'm not a rose scent kind of girl. Eventually it started making me feel nauseous and giving me a headache. Not sure how much it projects but it lasts on clothes.
Aww that sucks. Yeah it’s extremely rosy and fruity and strong as hell that’s why I like it 😭 but it’s definitely not everyone’s cup of tea.

I have most of what you reviewed. I absolutely hate fahkar , it gives granny / grape cough syrup. Also it’s a more potent version of Valentino born in Roma . Gold confidential I wanted to love so bad but ended up giving it away. It didn’t smell bad but it was just one note that I didn’t like almost sharp metallic. But it has a very nice pineapple scent. Oud amethyst I found very interesting, it smells expensive, but it had a overwhelming rubber smell that was present. It’s definitely a stand alone fragrance . I honestly feel like it’s more miss then hit when it comes to Arabian perfumes. Swiss Arabian and armaf does it the best . Also I think you’d like Rose petal by mason Alhambra. Very unique and nice

Love Ajwaad...but the top ruined my dresser😢..... do don't let it sit on your dresser with the hole down. The dampness of the perfume and the wood top stuck on my dresser

I have the Delilah and when I smell it from the bottle and in the air it smells bomb but it smells peppery on my skin. When I first got it I didn't like it cause of how it smells on my skin but from the bottle and air it smells so good in soooo mad cause it gets peppery on me
There is a sister to Delilah called Reyna - it is also oa dupe of PDM Oriana, which I loooove. There's no way I'm EVER spending more than even $40 on a fragrance LOL. Why would you when you can buy these wonderful Arabian perfumes?? That also last longer??
Hey there! New subscriber here. Did you know that Ard Al Zaafaran has one similar called 'Darlene'. Might be worth a try as I see you like Ard Al Zaafaran scents. Thankyou for the video, great for people on a lower budget that may not have the means to buy the expensive western fragrances. These are just as good, if not better in some cases! I LOVE Lattafa scents. They are amazing. Sooooooo surprised you didn't mention Yara though! 😄
Thank you for the suggestion I’ll definitely check out that scent. And I’ve been on the fence about getting yara because I’m not a fan on coconut scents and I’ve heard mixed reviews about it. Tbh I’ll probably just end up blind buying it but that coconut has me iffy lol

I bought Fakhar Lattafa and I don't know what I'm doing wrong but my bottle smells like oil sheen. I don't get any of the notes everyone else smells. It smells like mineral oil. No floral. No fruit. No nothing. I just put Le Femme Armaf and Le Femme Armaf in the cart.

i hope i could spray a little more fragrance, but i´m afraid they´d sent me home from work, and after second time i´d got my first official warning :(. And yeah, i was told before i signed on my current job: no strong fragrances allowed. :( So i have to be carefull with what fragrance i choose and how much of it i spray. This far i´ve managed fine, trying out new perfumes on weekend mostly, or only spraying 3 times lightly

@@izzyisbusy3606 I go noseblind very easily, so for me it’s difficult to say. But others can always smell my perfumes. I personally like it when I can change or add perfumes onto my skin later on, because I love smelling different scents during the day 😂

I tried a Good Girl dupe with an Oud Bouquet oil on my wrist and I liked it but I don't know if they'll blend well as perfumes.
Can you try Shaghaf Oud (I heard it's similar to Oud Mood which is also a dupe for Oud Bouquet) with Bint Hooran (since it's similar to Good Girl).
Hey check out my first middle eastern video (linked in the description). I tried shaghaf oud and I personally didn’t like it but everyone around me loves it soo if you like sweet ouds with roses I’d go for it.

Fakhar smell like an older Church lady to me, but the bottle is beautiful.
I sure wish the Senior Ladies at my church would wear Fakhar!! They all wear awful perfumes their 16 yr old grand daughters buy them. They all smell like Cotton Candy or Strawberries! God those juvenile scents are getting so tired!

I heard that with a lot of arab perfumes you have to let them sit in a dark box or sum and then let it sit for a month berfore using it.
