- Hey everyone. It's Stealth and today I'm going to be making a Scorpion Foam Cosplay Mask from Mortal Kombat. The design is from Mortal Kombat X video games. It's an older look but it was probably my favorite one that I thought was worth doing.

I absolutely love Scorpion, my favourite MK character, he is always the first character I choose to play whenever I play the game. Even though I built this mask before, you make me want to build it again but using your file. I might even see if there are templates for the new mask from the new movie. GET OVER HERE!!!!

@@Heroesworkshop the first Mortal Kombat came out where I was in the sixth grade and it blew my mind. The mystery was trying to know all the moves and fatalities but it was pretty much a guessing game. I remember going into a video game store and found a guide to all their moves. I tried memorizing as many as I could. Eventually I went back with a pice of paper and pencil and wrote it down as quick as I could. Clearly I didn't have money for the guide lol. Anyways, turns out I still remember some of these lol. Thanks for posting, you're now an enemy of the Lin Kuei Clan!

The giveaway for April was 2 Doom helmets shown in this video. I unfortunately can’t afford to ship everything I make from every video right now. I do one giveaway a month. My videos would have to perform way better for me to do that. Thanks for watching.

A lot of people are asking for Noob Saibot. I’ll do that in the future for sure. Unfortunately, I don’t sell masks. I just make videos. Making masks for people would take away from me making videos of something new each week and I enjoy making videos more than being a mask factory. Hope that makes sense 😎
@@Heroesworkshop that’s understandable and I bet the amount of orders you’d get would be through the roof. One day I’d love to get all the equipment I need to be able to put together masks and armour. I need to wait until my kids are older before I can do that as they cost a fortune hahaha.
Making foam masks/helmets won’t cost you too much. Hopefully you can make something soon.

Second. Xp. I seen the new MK movie. It's pretty good and best iteration as it does it's best to stay true to the source material. X rated with gory fatalities. My cinema censored it though. Was a bit dark as well in some scenes. Not perfect but worth a sequel.

It’s Eva foam. I use it mainly for all my projects on my channel.

How does contact cement respond to a hot day? I have used a heat gun to weaken it before to separate parts I think. If I wear my Goblin Slayer suit out on a hotter day, like around labor day in my area, do you think that the seams would ever come apart? It has been built for about a year since the events were canceled in 2020. I have always wondered it since I have never tried to do anything like wear it outside all day yet.
Also, getting rid of paint smell? I find it takes forever for it to not stink of paint even after it has dried!
I’ve worn my Halo armor on a hot day in august before. Seemed fine. Didn’t have any issues. I think a heat gun will produce way more direct heat that any hot day. That was my experience though.

Both were pretty easy. I’d say the subzero one is easier. It’s more of a basic design.

If the mask would be exactly like in the movie MK1, then the price would not be there. It should not be fake and withstand at least a kick flying to the jaw.
