Could it be low oil pressure? He’s low on oil, at low rpm his pressure is probably pretty low. It seems pretty pointless to have an idling indicator light.

I think that the long drive should be on desert, it looks really weird with grass, like some sort of farming simulator. And game is ment to be postapicaliptic, so happy green grass just doesnt work.
