GBeret83 This was maybe a bit far for Goldikova at about 101/2 furlongs but Zarkhava beat her in the French 1000 Guineas over a mile as well so clearly the best filly we've seen in Europe in recent times IMO.

she was unreal. this is the heartache we endure on the flat, especially in europe, they don't stick around for long, dollar is paramount...
She was just too valuable to allow to stay racing. As much as I disagree with early retirement.
She was amazing when you see how easy she wins against gagnoa or goldikova or youmzain in the arc she was the best horse of the three last decades
