Here's a look at some of the fish in my 40 gallon "Native Tank" (native aquarium).
I have what I believe is some tessellated darters and a mottled sculpin.

Just discovered Sculpin in my river and really want to bring some home. How long do they typically last for you and any tips. I watched all your videos on them yesterday but was wondering over the 5 to 7 years you have been keeping them what you have learned and with your experience the best care.

I could never keep them for long. A few weeks at most. Not sure why though. I tried all sorts of foods and whatnot.

Awesome native tank. Are your snails also native? If so do you know what kind you have? Planning a native tank in the future and I'd love some tips.

I'm not sure what kind of snails they were. Probably pond snails or bladder snails. Wish I could be more help.

Amazing how you are catching those little fish from the wild and they look so happy in your tank.

I have a question and need help. I will travel to Florida next week and I just bought a auto feeder for my fish. I got 2 darters and I really like them. I usually give them bloodworm and they don’t eat the other dry food that I give my other fish. Can u pls Tell me a dry food that the darters would eat? Thank you

I never really had luck with them. I wish I could give you more advice. Maybe try freeze dried bloodworms?

Could I run a darter tank with endlers and maybe some Cory’s?

take a few snails and crush them against thetank glass and let drop down to the substrate near the sculpin and darters.

Have you found any male Mosquito fish? It looks like you have only females.

Must of put the snails in off camera as i didn't notice any in the video. Should work on getting the snails to breed like mad (the pond snails) and keep them overstocked as you have many tanks that like eating them. Though i wouldn't mind seeing more mystery snails in more of your tanks too. You could buy cheap small fast breeding shrimp and isopods as they may well be more to the Mottled Sculpin's preferences. And i'd suggest trying more alternatives and observing it to see what it seems to like. And to ensure that the food population for the darters isn't getting too low as well as other fish like it too.

Could also try some sea monkeys (not certain if they're the same thing) but the sculpin and darters might like them as food. Should also keep a eye on how many crayfish you spot at once, you had 5 so you should be able to see all 5 in a short time if they're all still co-existing peacefully.
