On arriving at the miniature train station, Lottie buys the tickets and then on the platform, a kind member of the club shows the kids what's inside one of the model diesel engines.
Then the kids take a ride behind the diesel locomotive, before taking their next trip behind a tiny steam locomotive.
Finally, a club member show the kids around the shed, and they get to see a miniature version of the Lynton & Barnstaple Railway locomotive Lyn, the original full size being an American locomotive built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in Philadelphia.
