I bet the towers that were originally citadels in JToH are obelisks.
Also I bet so-called EOs were making the extra floors because some of the extra floors in these citadels made them too hard for its intended difficulty.
Also thought that NEAT would be a steeple. Not a taller NEAT.

Well. Funny enough a tower in JTOH is 280 meters, which could surpass some high towers. For obelisks, it will reach nearly as high as the Burj Khalifa.
