Such setup looks really good when made, is empty and no one staying. When staying will be lot of work of dusting shelves, etc.... Nor anyone will have so many lights on all the time. Maintaining stain free white is a full time job 😂

I have been following your channel since many years. I really like your work....We have a 6 year old duplex house. 3bhk . interiors have not been done. Do u do renovation too? Along with interiors? I mean I want to alter few things in our house before going for interiors....like expand the kitchen area a bit as it's little congested, may be alter staircase a bit , alter the entrances according to the vastu, also want to create a wet/dry area in all bathrooms , total house area is 100 ankanams. Situated in Nellore (130 kms NH5, from Chennai).....or u just do the interiors? Plz reply.🙏

I think the AC in the master bedroom should've been installed somewhere else rather than on top of the TV unit

Really like your works but surprised by the way your team handles the customer. We had visited your experience centre at Bangalore, provided our requirements and got the first cut quotation. Post that even after several follow-ups from our end nobody even bothered to connect. In case if it's because of the fact that you have too many customers and don't need more then really don't know what to say. Would have appreciated if your approach would have been professional.

According to work costing is way too much high.. Same work can get done under 15 Lakhs with good quality material
Not possible.. He did great job from scratch... Material cost itself is around 13-15 lacks... Look at the total quantum of work and quality.. gst and profit margin is also included in this.
Here, 3.5 Slabs of Caesarstone Quartz has been used for countertop, breakfast counter, utility & wall dado, which itself will come to 3 Lakhs, Unbreakable Lacquered Glass (Imported Glaks Shutters on russian birch ply) & Imported Acrylic Shutters on russian birch ply for Kitchen & Wardrobe Fenix Shutters, Aristo Wardrobe Shutters itself are very expensive which amounts to 8 Lakhs only for shutters, none of the carcass, veneer work, false ceiling, lighting, sink & faucet cost, labour cost (approx 3L) is not accounted yet. .& GST itself comes to 3.8L. If you do everything in laminate & with black granite, your interiors cost may come to 15L. There is a difference in good quality materials & premium quality materials.
I think same that price is high but maybe they keep high profit margin
