I think it's about her changing him to be less commercial and then she realises that he hasn't changed? Or maybe it just reminds her that they barely know each other and that they met just that day over a complete chance encounter? I doubt it's about her seeing a specific picture in it that we can't - they'd hardly mean that without explicitly showing us! Or maybe they just wanted to leave us wondering... Which ever way it's a peculiar ending.
