Today's message reminded me of one of Julia Cameron's poems, Quiet Animal. I am sharing it below.
Oh quiet animal, sleeping,
What dreams lie within your cells?
What ages brought you here
Through coal and ice?
Eye twitch, lip curl-
Blood dreams again.
Blood is always dreaming,
Scheming to move us forward
And take us back,
Dreaming the dark places,
Caves and the backs of stars.
Your ivory bones are the tusks of time
Who eats with all our mouths.
That crescent moon? It’s just a bone
Thrown beyond our reach.
The stars at night were someone’s baby teeth.
The blood remembers
What the mind forgets.
The soul is a quiet animal.

I want to learn how to free myself from conditioning and live a full life. So I am really keen on learning how to escape the trap.

I like this presentation. To tap into the world of infinite possibilities, to make ourselves capable of doing things we previously thought impossible, we have to be willing and able to push ourselves hard, sometimes to the very limit of what we can endure. There is something about this kind of effort, combined with the power of intentionality, that seems to open up a portal into the Akashic Field that is the wellspring of true ingenuity, insight, etc. We can see case after case of brilliant people who did their greatest work when they pushed themselves right to the very edge of sanity, endurance, etc. This happened with James Eads, the great American engineer. It happened with Alfred Wallace, the biologist, and it was also the case with Vincent Van Gogh. And these are just a few examples.

I've always been confused about advice from spiritual teachers because it makes it seem like you can just sit on the couch all day feel happy and do nothing with no pressure from yourself how are you supposed to do anything
Dear Mr. Chopra, I have been following your work since reading The Book of Secrets 15 years ago. Your work is a blessing to this world and so very needed in each echelon and phase it is revealed. A personal note: I have been praying for God to please share how I might continue my study after Metahuman and other spiritual + consciousness education, during a time that it feels a lot of us are waking up. While this life is itself a continued study, I find the impending classes you describe a wise, gentle teacher leading us through this new life, that shows itself as “new” each moment. How is this possible? Is it possible? How? If we might continue to rest in this remembering a little more, and to wrap ourselves in wisdom that reminds us while our human lives are this dense current of necessary expression, they can become fraught with unnecessary error- an error that feels as real as the sun to the one experiencing it. Endlessly, thank you.

-Does the same happen to other species?
-If our reality is shaped by this molecule interactions, and so the imaginations and feelings, well then they must be as real as this reality somewhere whatever that means.

I find a personal reality without limitations as an inheritance. A choice, if you will. 😊First I must ask: Would our Creator be as worthy of a loving companion as any individual? Even if this be our very essence, from which our beautiful world has sprung, how magnificent it is! To emanate essential unity may become preempt by intent. Would one not become a benefactor via precise intent? Intending to devoted reflection, every little synapse and neuro-transmitter. Like how Mainu loved Leila. No thought of self!
