I left my Golden Retriever for two days boarding on 31st May 2022, 1st Jun and 2nd Jun 2022. Had horrible experience. I got mesege from the team saying they would give grooming service at the discounted price since he was boarded for two days. I agreed and went to pick him in 2nd Jun eve. I could notice bleeding from his back leg nails as they had cut the quick. When this incident took place, there was no Vet available and the required medication too. I had to take him to Sudheeksha Pet hospital where Intake him regularly and Dr. Karthik confirmed that they have cut his nails too deeply and he was administered with Pottssium Permangenate to stop the bleeding. One by name Subhadra called me apologised and refunded grooming cost as well as the Vet charges. But that would not bring back my pet's agony and trauma. She promised that she would re train her team and take action against them. On 4th morning my pet got into high fever. Again I had to rush to the doctor and blood test was done. He got into tick fever and now he has recovered completely. But my senior dog affected with this and now he has been admitted to hospital. Before boarding they asked me to furnish all his vaccination records and the back end team asked me to do spot on and Kennel cough vaccination which was due at my end. After doing all this, I sent my Pet's records to the back end team to check. They confirmed the same and my pet was taken to boarding. When my pet infested with tick fever, when checked with Subhadra, she said she never recommends spot on. This shows their negligency in checking the records which has affected both my dogs. From 4th Jun till yesterday I had to take my pet for reviews. Yesterday's blood report revealed that all his parameters are good. It has taken almost 20 days for me to make him healthy and now my senior dog has been admitted because of severe ticks. For sure, I would not suggest this boarding🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
