Very fine video in every way, thank you. Just subbed in 2024. I do appreciate no interfering music or narration, just natural sounds, which lend a respect to this special place. 🌱🙏🧡
Erculino or Herculinum was actually buried by a lahore, mostly mud and Ash, that is why it is so well preserved, an exciting entrance through the hollowed out mud tunnel directly into the boat yard which was the shoreline back then. Fascinating and to think only 20% excavated, what treasures lie beneath that we may never see because it has been built upon. Great upload, great place but looking up at the mountain of Somma and the cone of Versuvious, you just have to climb it, from up there, you can see the earlier Lava flows and the towns which succumbed to its power!
Thank you for bringing back my fond memories of my visit to these beautiful sites . What amazed me was how well all of the buildings were built to last .The thickness of the walls and the thousands of artisans that required to decorate the cities houses alone .JUST FANTASTIC !
This walk and the one in Pompeii were such a genuine treat. I'm honored that you would do this for us. I'm not sure if I'll ever make it there especially with Covid. Now I'm satisfied. Your skill with holding the camera steady is phenomenal. I see a lot of urban exploration videos that would give you sea sickness. As someone said, the quiet, and the sound of the gravel beneath your feet - truly makes you feel like you are there in person and it is also very soothing. Thank you.
Just come back from there, watching this upload makes me feel as if I was back there, Thank you, I found Herculnium more interesting than Pompeii, the only thing that shocked me was that it looked like it was dug out of a carpark between the busy streets!
Love this walking tour, so informative. I do love the fact there is no music, no talking. I know I will have to watch this at least twice. Keep them coming.
Absolutely amazing, I knew of Pompeii but had not heard of Heculaneum before. Thank you for allowing us to tour this site with you. As others have said the quiet, the tags, and he slow speed of the your tour allowed us all to take in some of the details of the construction and level of preservation. I likely will never get to see this in person, so this is truly a treasure. Thank you for posting.
@@ProWalks what mic system do you use on your tours? Wearing headphones I was amazed at the spatial orientation of sounds; do you use binaural or something similar? Certainly these are not just camera mics?
Wonderful, just like being there! The bay of Naples insert in your video was genius..gave us a real sense of where the waterfront would have been.. Love all your walking tours. Well done!
FINALLYYYYYYYYYY ..... THANK YOUUUUUUUU KINDLY ..... To all who makes those kind of videos for all of us to watch at home ...... THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK ......

This is FANTASTIC!! Really want to go here one day, and also to see the Pompeii ruins. Thanks for making it a little bit more real for us TH-cam viewers 😀
then you definitely reached your goal! :-) I showed it a collegue of mine, as a roman reenactor by hobby, he was happy like a child to see this wonderful tour, because he always wanted to visit, but it never was the time (and the money...)for him! :-D
What a fascinating video. The deer statue was beautifully brutal.. and the three particular skeletons. They almost seem as though they were laying and sitting down watching to see what was going on outside the door with no idea of what was to come. Very haunting. I loved this video.. so much beautiful history. Thank you for sharing.
This was an amazing experience that I shall never enjoy in real life. Thank you so much for the sensitivity of the views - the camera seemed to go where I would have gone. And the explanations were just right. What a kindness this is! Cannot wait to watch Pompeii!
Thank you for doing this! Wonderful job! I had planned to go but became physically disabled, this is a Godsend for someone like me. Next best thing to being there. The best part? The crunching sound of ancient gravel and stone underfoot.
Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed it. It is a pretty amazing place. If you haven't seen it, you should try and find the May 1984 issue of National Geograpic. It is pretty neat.
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the video and were able to see something new. This entire Naples region is full of amazing sites. I plan to walk and film as many as possible. Thanks for watching.
Excellent video no distraction with background music and other stuff....I loved every minute of it I will watch this again and again. Thank you for sharing. I am planning to visit Pompeii, and other parts of Italy when this pandemic if over with.
I echo what others have said. Thanks for the tour and steady camera work, lack of music and gabble. Just great, perfect. I always wanted to go to Pompeii and Herculaneum but doubt I ever will so, thanks again.
That was my first time trying that kind of effect. I wish I would have spent a little more time on it. It would have been pretty amazing back then though.
Great work! I’ve been to Pompeii a few times over the decades but I’ve never made it here. Next trip it will happen thanks to your tour. Especially enjoyed the water view from the house of the deer.....nice touch.
Thank you for your videos. I recently became disabled and now that I can't walk I won't be able to fulfill my bucket list to go visit Pompeii and Herculean one day. You have allowed me to visit this beautiful site through your spectacular videos. Thank you so much😚
I'm sorry to hear about your recent lot in life. Well if there is any other place you'd like to see.... Especially here in Italy, just let me know and I'll try to walk there. I'm glad you enjoyed the walks so far. Thanks for your support.
No words! My mouth was open for most of it in complete disbelief and awe at the work that it took to get this where it is today. Thank you soooo much for sharing this journey with us. It truly was one of the best virtual videos I've seen in a while. Amazing work. It's so funny that we're seeing this happen today in Hawaii, not on the level of Pompeii but seeing the river of lava flow I can just imagine what they went thru, actually, I can't but an amazing bit of history that I hope won't be lost or destroyed.
sadly Hawaii's situation is not the same ad PompeII and Herculeneum. those two were burried under meters of ash while HawaII is being burried little by little in lava and while ashes will freeze anything in time like human remains it wont be the same case when it comes to lava .A human or an animal burried in lava disintagrates in a very short period while the lave is still thousands of degrees even the bones in 2000 years if you try to find anything inside solidy lava it will be stuf that could not be disintegrated by super high heat
three features make your videos great: * slow camera, no effects * no music, no speech * sticky text tags on objects(please do more of them!) would you consider to visit one of the medieval cities of italy or on the levante?
Hey, thanks for that! I appreciate it. I have plans to visit a lot of sites in Italy and other areas. I still haven't made it up to the levante yet but I've done a little research on it. I'm heading to Cairo soon.....but this is still a side hobby so I only have time on weekends. I'm definitely open to suggestions. Any specific medieval cities? Did you see my walk through of Sermoneta? Thanks for watching!
@@ProWalks Germany has a wealth of old and rebuilt cities (after the war) that would be great to see on a tour like this. Also some cities in UK would be nice filmed in this manner. Of course the Scandinavian countries have a charm of their own as well. Thank you so much for your efforts, those of us who wish they had their youth back really appreciate it.
Hey, You're welcome. The next new video will be the complete Pompeii walking tour. It is over 4 hours. The titles and captions are taking a long time but it should be pretty cool. I also re-walked the first 20 minutes in better sunlight. Thanks for watching!
Also wish to add it was a show stopper to see what the Bay of Naples view looked like at that one point down by the boat area. Thank you for doing that. I backed it up and stopped it just to gaze and thought, how beautiful it must have been.
HI SueAnn, yeah it took me a little while to figure out how to make that Naples view....I am figuring out this video editing as a I go. :) It sure would have been amazing to see that place as it was.

You're welcome. Yes, me too. I first learned about Herculaneum in a National Geographic magazine when I was kid. I was excited to finally see it in person. I'm glad you enjoyed the walk!
I have been travelling to Italy for 30 years and it is never enough. I speak fluent Italian, which helps a lot. I have been to Pompei 3 times, there is always something new to find. I would like to give a small tip to future visiters. All the artifacts which were saved from thieves are kept in the Naples museum Castel Nuovo. The collection is awesome.

Thankyou so much, being wheelchair bound most of these amazing places are inaccessible, i can now finally see what ive been missing all these years...THANKYOU
Hey, you are very welcome. Yeah, both Herculaneum and Pompeii are not very wheelchair friendly...although Pompeii now has wheelchair ramps into many the houses along one road. It has a wide sidewalk that a wheelchair can go down.
@@ProWalks Thankyou for your reply, will look into it further, thank you yet again, absolutely fantastic video, very well filmed and put together, you've now got a new subscriber
... Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful video. I was in Herculaneum with my family in August 2013 and my daughter and my son and I spent some 4 or 5 hours walking the streets of Herculaneum and the day before we were in Pompeii. Visiting both places were one of the highlights on my life. You video brings back those moments again.
Hey, thank you! I'm glad the video can remind you of your own trip. That's part of the reason I don't film myself. :) I don't think anyone wants to see my face in all the shots. :)
Thank you soooo much for taking me to a place I will probably never get to physically experience for myself. I absolutely love these videos and I will watch every single one of them.
This is one of (perhaps the only) the best "tours" that I have seen on the internet. I appreciate that there is no spoken descriptions of what's being shown and thankfully there is no music accompaniment as both are unnecessary. Occasionally the written descriptions are too brief to read fully before they are gone, but I could always back up to have another read. The photography is excellent and the speed of the tour was perfect. I am amazed at how the construction was done at that time and how "modern" the city was when compared to current construction and planning of urban living and businesses. While they are not directly parallel, they none-the-less resemble each other. It was also surprising to see how people made themselves comfortable with appurtanences such as the courtyards and entries with pools and tile mosaics and wall frescoes. One must wonder, though, how they kept themselves warm on winter nights. There was no indication of heating facilities in the residences. With the floors, walls and roofs all made of stone without insulation and opening without doors or windows it must have been a bit uncomfortable in winter in the residences. One of the best parts of this tour was that I was not the least bit tired, hot or cold when it was over.
Thank you very much for the video, it is fabulous, I have never felt like walking through its streets and buildings like today, thank you for the silence and the time to see. I appreciate it.🇳🇮👍
Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Would you like to see more ruins? There are so many great sites here that it is hard to choose which one to walk next. Thanks for watching!
Hey, thanks. It's a pretty amazing place. Just too bad that the place was basically looted before the controlled excavations began. Still a lot more to find down there though. Thanks for watching.
This is amazing, you have done a fantastic job. I have been to Herculaneum and this brought a lot of memories back, and showed explanations of things we saw but didn't understand at the time. Thank you so much
Thank you so much for doing this. You've put context to the pictures I've seen for years. Having you walk ON the streets, going into and peeking in the labyrinthine houses, shops and courtyards made me see the town on a whole new level, no pun intended. The maze like city was a joy to behold and although you sometimes zigged when I wanted you to zag with your steady camera I was mesmerized, seriously. I had to break up the viewing because I got overwhelmed with what I was seeing for the first time, close to live and in person. The static words and pictures I've read over the last 40 plus years were brought to life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and the rest of my internal organs.
That is really great to hear! I remember first reading about Herculaneum in the May 1984 issue of National Geographic. It's been a fascinating place to me too. I'm glad the video gave you some perspective. Thanks for watching!
Just finished your Pompeii offering and now I'm onto The Flavian Amphitheater. (I'm old school and like the confused looks I get when I don't call it the Colosseum. hehe.)
Hi, you're welcome! Yeah, I think I might go back with a 360 camera and do the walk again. I didn't realize that Herculaneum was so popular honestly. I thought Pompeii overshadowed this place but this video has become pretty popular.
This is splendid! I've always wanted to visit here and Pompeii. This is the next best thing. Thank-you so very much for the captions so I know what I'm looking at. Very kind of you to post this, thx again!❤❤❤❤
We just visited Herculaneum on Sunday 28th April 24. Fairly quiet Im pleased to say. Your videos are so comprehensive! We visited most of the site, but not all of it, and your videos will help me go back and review what we saw. It is an incredible site, and I was astonished to see double height rooms and almost all of a villa intact. There are doors, window frames and stairs that are there in place - charred but well preserved. I think visiting Herculaneum before Pompeii was very helpful for us - we could visualise better what was lost in Pompeii. You can take yourself around Herculaneum, but I guide is helpful in Pompeii.
Hi, you're welcome. If i ever get a 360 camera I'm thinking I'd like to go back and walk all the streets again so i really don't miss anything. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching!
Yes, very much! I am amazed at how much there is. It is easy to find pictures of artifacts but difficult to feel what whole neighborhoods in the city were like.~~~~~In 1980 I experienced the eruption of Mt. St. Helens in Washington state, USA. Even over 100 miles away the ash blocked the sun by 3:30 PM so that it was completely dark. Then the ash began to fall and it was like hot cement. My husband and I believed we would be buried and die and we drove and drove, moving road blocks when we came to them. We spent the night in Idaho and in the morning everything glistened and sparkled as though there had been a grey snowfall over everything. It turned out that in this case there was little danger and the ash ultimately enriched the soil.
Hi Anna, Sounds like we were neighbors. I am from Lewis country. I was only one in 1980 though. :) Mt. St. Helens does remind me a lot of Vesuvius here. There is a new cone forming inside just like Mt. St. Helens.
Too bad you missed the excitement. I was a newspaper reporter and got a great first report for a local paper.~~~~I have been looking up bits of information as I watch your videos and one thing I wondered is if Vesuvius could erupt again as it did in 79 CE. It looks like maybe. It looks like they are more worried about Campi Flegrei. I have read that Mt. St. Helens is active yet but I did not think an eruption was expected.~~~~From your videos I like Herculaneum best. It is better preserved and there is more to see. Truly amazing what has been preserved.
Hey, thanks for watching. So, suppose you do get a chance to go to Pompeii and Herculaneum someday.... Do you think there is something i should add to my videos that you would want to see?
I went in November 2019, There was no one there but a handful of people. it rained the entire day. You could see the street drain system and roof system still working.. Also the rain brought out the color of the walls. stone and marble. I enjoyed the day very much with my two companions. Great video.

That's terrible they don't think of their mother's joy before their own, why are so many people so selfish nowadays?
The throw away culture was not then.
Now this walking tour was a fantastic idea!! I loved The Pompeii walking tour as well! Thanks for sharing all these great videos with us!
Hey, you're welcome. Thanks for watching!
Italy seems to be a never-ending font of ancient artifacts and history !!!!
Awesome video ... thank you for recording and uploading for all of us to experience the tragedy that happened back then.
Yeah, this place is pretty unique. Do you remember the May 1984 issue of National Geographic about Herculaneum? It was always one of my favorites.
Love this walking tour, so informative. I do love the fact there is no music, no talking. I know I will have to watch this at least twice. Keep them coming.
Hey, thanks! Glad you enjoyed the walk. Herculaneum is a pretty amazing place.
I have always wanted to walk through Herculaneum, but never thought I would.
Now I have.
Thank you.
You're welcome. I'm planning on going back this fall with a 360 camera so you can see even more.
HERCULANEUM ..... great video , great walk , great with out music just simply walk along in the ruins of the old city ( 2000 ) ..... thank you for your hard work again ( that walk ) takes time ...... all the best .... cheers ...... To all who makes those kind of videos for all of us to watch at home ...... THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK ......
Hey, thanks for that! I'm glad you liked the walk. Let me know if there is another place you'd like to see.
Agree about not mucking this up with cheesy music.
@@ProWalks It's so cool 😎❤️
Just found this video that doesn't show up on any of your play lists.
It's fascinating! I love the educational content here.
Lots of details on something like this.
Thank you for posting, I think it's awesome!
What a joy!!! Thank you so much from a disabled elder who never got the chance to do this.. bless you :)
Hey Bill, thanks for watching! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
This is FANTASTIC!! Really want to go here one day, and also to see the Pompeii ruins. Thanks for making it a little bit more real for us TH-cam viewers 😀
Thank you very much!
This was so intense, like we were walking with you side by side.
What a wonderful treasure this city is!
Hi, You're welcome! Yes, that is my goal. I want these tours to feel like yours, not mine.
then you definitely reached your goal! :-)
I showed it a collegue of mine, as a roman reenactor by hobby, he was happy like a child to see this wonderful tour, because he always wanted to visit, but it never was the time (and the money...)for him!
I am really glad you enjoyed it. It is a place everyone should see. Thanks for watching.
Thank you for doing this! Wonderful job! I had planned to go but became physically disabled, this is a Godsend for someone like me. Next best thing to being there. The best part? The crunching sound of ancient gravel and stone underfoot.
Was at Herculaneum last fall...your beautiful annotated video brings it all back to me. Thank-you so much.
Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed it. It is a pretty amazing place. If you haven't seen it, you should try and find the May 1984 issue of National Geograpic. It is pretty neat.
Magnificent . Thank you tons Prowalk Tours for presenting a wonderful, superbly crafted video.
Well worth a watch, an amazing insight to over 2000 years into the ancient Roman past. Beautifully revealing, Thank you for sharing!
Thanks for watching. I'd like to go back sometime and film and new walk.
This is absolutely fascinating and so well done. Thank you so much for creating these and sharing them with the world!
Hey, glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching!
Absolutely well done, thoughtfully done, respectfully done. Enjoyed it immensely. It's as close as I'll ever get to walking thru it myself.
I’ve been there twice over the years and this video is a wonderful way to preserve memories...Thanks!
Hey, You're welcome! thanks for watching!
That was an EXCELLENT tour! I feel like I was there viewing that ancient city myself! Great work!
Hey, Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it. Now I need to go back with a 360 camera so you can really explore at will. Thanks for watching!
A wonderful arrangement of a humble stroll through Herculaneum. Thank you. A classic!
I echo what others have said. Thanks for the tour and steady camera work, lack of music and gabble. Just great, perfect. I always wanted to go to Pompeii and Herculaneum but doubt I ever will so, thanks again.
The Bay of Naples overlay left me gobsmacked. I had to rewatch it several times just to grasp it and how much it has changed. Thank you for that.
ProWalks Thank you! Liked and subscribed 😊. Also shared on Facebook.
Thanks for the quiet. No need for music or voices
No problem. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
14:45 Aaah here come the tourists!
I love it so true NO NEED MUSIC OR VOICES I WELL GIVE 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐👍👍👍👍 FROM ARLINGTON TX EXCELLENCE JOB..... SMILE GOD LOVE YOU
Great to know nobody else can hear anything too.
No need of music
Aercheologic explanations are welcome instead. Tks. 0
Well done Prowalk Tours! Really informative & perfect pace. Better than some of the documentaries I have seen. Bravo. Thank you.
Yeah, that was a lot of rock to dig out....in a slow careful way.....and most of the town is still buried.
sadly Hawaii's situation is not the same ad PompeII and Herculeneum. those two were burried under meters of ash while HawaII is being burried little by little in lava and while ashes will freeze anything in time like human remains it wont be the same case when it comes to lava .A human or an animal burried in lava disintagrates in a very short period while the lave is still thousands of degrees even the bones in 2000 years if you try to find anything inside solidy lava it will be stuf that could not be disintegrated by super high heat
wonderful tour. Thank you so much
New subscriber.
Thank you for no background music & straightforward shooting style. Well done!
three features make your videos great:
* slow camera, no effects
* no music, no speech
* sticky text tags on objects(please do more of them!)
would you consider to visit one of the medieval cities of italy or on the levante?
Hey, thanks for that! I appreciate it. I have plans to visit a lot of sites in Italy and other areas. I still haven't made it up to the levante yet but I've done a little research on it. I'm heading to Cairo soon.....but this is still a side hobby so I only have time on weekends. I'm definitely open to suggestions. Any specific medieval cities? Did you see my walk through of Sermoneta? Thanks for watching!
Well, I suggest Old Florence or Pisa. Thanks
I plan on going there soon.... I've been waiting for the busy tourist season to calm down.
M GSP58 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Absolutely fantastic 👏 Loved watching this tour. 👍👌👍
Absolutely without a doubt my favorite video on youtube. Your Pompeii videos would be next. THANK YOU so much for this.
Heck yes, that went above and beyond.
Prowalk Tours if Poveglia Island (Island of no return) was open tourism, and knowing that it is a haunted hospital and mass grave for Black Plague, would you go?
No talk, no music....perfect!!
Planned on watching for about ten minutes. Ended up watching the entire video. Absolutely fascinating. Thank you.
I'm so glad I ran across your channel. Great virtual tours and I love the captions for the educational background. I'm going to have to set time aside to watch more. Thank you very much.
Hi, Thanks for watching! The videos have been fun to make. I am working on more right now and have many more planned. How did you find my channel by the way? Did TH-cam suggest the video or did you do a video search? I'm just trying to figure out how to reach more people. Thanks.
ProWalks I normally go through my suggested feed before searching. And your video was suggested yesterday. I'm living in Lisbon and every so often I get something related to history or travel. I'll gladly subscribe and share your video to help. 👍🏼
Fantastic tour and historical info...great video, thanks so much...I have been wanting to visit this place for years!
Oh you speak it fluently. Here’s a medal 🥇
Incredible. I've sent this and the Pompeii walks to lots of friends. Thanks for doing such a great job with this!!!
the best video I've seen on youtube since all time. I felt I was walking next to the cameraman thanks for sharing the images. A very educational video.
This may be the coolest thing I've ever seen on TH-cam
My new favorite comment! :) Glad you enjoyed the walk. Thanks for watching!
Brilliantly filmed tour. Have visited most of your places and brings back many memories. Keep them coming and thank you
Excellent footage and thoughtful use of the camera. You were precise in maneuvering so it wouldn't cause any of us seizures! Thank you!
My gimbal was starting to act up that day and had a slight twitch. I'm glad to hear it wasn't too distracting to watch. Thanks for watching and your comment!
Wow!!! Brilliant footage and heaps of information. Wow!!! Again words fail me.
Thank you so very much.
Hey, glad to hear it. My goal is that after the video you feel like you've been there. Thanks for watching!
I appreciate it.🇳🇮👍
Glad you enjoyed it
Congratulations my friend . Wonderful walk .This ancient city is amazing .I loved that virtual walk.
WOW! What an amazing tour you've shared with us! REALLY well executed! THANK YOU!
Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Would you like to see more ruins? There are so many great sites here that it is hard to choose which one to walk next. Thanks for watching!
Thank you for responding, Prowalks. How about Machu Pichu or Aztec ruins?
A Trip Back In Time.
Best way to watch this is in VR mode. Makes it feel like you doing the actual walking.
Thanks for the perfectly made video.
Hey, you're welcome. I never tried VR mode. I guess I better look into it.
This is amazing. And thank you for not doing annoying narration. The captions are great and very informative. Molto Bene!!!!
Your tours are simply the best. I get to see parts of the world I will never get to. Thank you so much for your excellent work, and quiet walk.
WOW. JUST WOW!!!!! Thank you so much for posting this video, it was absolutely amazing!

(I'm old school and like the confused looks I get when I don't call it the Colosseum. hehe.)
22:44 the architecture is simple but just perfect.....what a wonderful space I wish I can have a house like that!
Great of you for sharing this w/ the rest of us who cannot be there to see it first hand-
many, many thanks! This would be mind bending in VR...
Hi, you're welcome! Yeah, I think I might go back with a 360 camera and do the walk again. I didn't realize that Herculaneum was so popular honestly. I thought Pompeii overshadowed this place but this video has become pretty popular.
This video offers information and well shot. Amazing 4k quality and very neutral colors and contrast..... Thank you !!!
This is splendid! I've always wanted to visit here and Pompeii. This is the next best thing. Thank-you so very much for the captions so I know what I'm looking at. Very kind of you to post this, thx again!❤❤❤❤
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
You can take yourself around Herculaneum, but I guide is helpful in Pompeii.
... Words literally fail me ... but my Sincerest Thanks for this extraordinary, extraordinary, extraordinary experience.
Hi, you're welcome. If i ever get a 360 camera I'm thinking I'd like to go back and walk all the streets again so i really don't miss anything. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching!
Absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for taking the time to share!
Hey, no problem. Thanks for watching!
Oh wow! I can't believe how cool you are! This is going to be great, thank you so much for doing this tour. I cannot wait to watch!
I hope you like it!
You're getting better and better at this!! Thank you sooo much!
Love to re-visit the place through your camera.
Thank you! This has been a long process for me of learning how to use Adobe Premiere as well. I'm glad you enjoyed the video.
Perfect video as always. Thank you so much for the thoughtful quiet and insightful information drops throughout the vid. Excellent coverage thank you
Grazie! Thanks for watching!
Thank you so much for sharing this extraordinary and human value !
Hey, you are very welcome. Thanks for watching!
Thank you so much for filming this absolutely wonderful
Whoever made this, I sure enjoyed it! Thank you so much!
Hey, you're welcome. I'm glad you enjoyed it and i hope you felt like you were there.
Great job!!! Thank you so much. I hope to see both Herculaneum and Pompeii someday.
Wow!! great video, you did an excellent job and this took me back in time to imagine how life must have been. This was a massive city, thanks for sharing, I truly enjoyed it.
Such a great tour of a now silent city. I'd like to thank you for taking us to a place most of us cannot go, beautifully done video! Doc Mike USN
Thank you very much for sharing with us. Thank you especially for your great slow, steady camera work.
Hey, you're welcome! Thanks for watching!
Thanks for this very thorough, meticulous and thoughtfully done video, allowing one to get the real feel of Herculaneum, with well researched captions. I must confess when I visited Herculaneum four years ago, I could not walk and see all of these, though we spent nine or ten hours there. May u make more such excellent 👍,discerning videos
I love it when you explain the history. That's the way to do it. Even better than if I were walking these streets because I have no idea what I'm looking at. Bravo
