Hi! Thanks for the video! Is the arrow pro-race compatible with the center stand? Also, while standing on foot pegs my right heel badly interferes with the oem muffler. Did you have the same issue and if so, is it now solved?
Hi, I think it will be OK with the center stand as there looks to be a actual stopper on the edge of the exhaust, I also installed a set of wider foot pegs, which are a little bit higher than stock, and that seems to kept my feet away from the OEM exhaust in the arrow is a bit smaller anyway
Little bit difficult for me to say, as I also replaced the front sprocket for a 16T at almost the same time, but it is super loud, and sounds much better, although I’ll be using the DB killer on long rides haha
@@hondaexplorerwas this video recorded without the decibel killer in it? Was the DK in or out during this video. Sounds great. I’m a believer that loud pipes save lives.
@@hondaexplorerstill good with the db in? I just want something a bit more than stock without being obnoxious (ill take the db out when i want to do that :D ) ... so i can hear it better in the 70-100 speed range .... cheers.
@@sn0wchyld hi there, I leave the DB killer in as it is just way too loud with it removed and at low revs. There is just no back pressure so the bike is very sluggish, it sounds well enough you can hear it pretty well.
I’m using the Barkbusters S7. I had them on another Bike and they work well, they are a little long so they sit out of the bars a bit but I’m ok with that, as I did not have to buy new equipment
I wish you had given us a demo of it whilst bike was standing still and then revving it. But still thank you!
Try my other videos, I have it revving in them 👌✌️

Do you have the "stainless steel" version? Is the "Arrow Exhaust" a sticker that I can remove, or is it engraved on? ty
Dont you just love Aussie back roads. no people just dirt and wildlife.
Absolutely love it!!!

@@hondaexplorerwhich foot pegs did you purchase and what lower and upper crash bars did you purchase for your 2022 Honda CB500x?
@@DigitalNetworkInsights check out my other videos, looks for “Mods and Updates from around mid last year, they have all of the details 🙌🙌
That Arrow exhaust looks pretty sleek. The weight savings are nice, but have you noticed a performance increase along with it?

@@DigitalNetworkInsights hi there! That’s with the Db Killer removed. I leave it in now as it’s wayyyyyy to loud to even ride with ear plugs in

Does the 2020 Arrow work on the 2022?
Hi Alistair, the Arrow I bought was for a 2020 model, I just hoped it fitted, was all ok
@@hondaexplorer Thanks for replying! You're the best mate! Cheers!

Which hand guards are you using? Im having issues finding a pair that fit the cb500x.

@@hondaexplorer Do you feel like they decrease wind on your hands enough to warrant purchase with the fitting?
@@skarsik I haven’t trialled them enough in cold conditions to truly test how well they work, as I’ve not had them on a bike before
