  • Hi everyone, it's Karen, and welcome to my channel.I believe that a lot of you often see me making elastic cord bracelets, and using this needle. Some people ask me what it is called, and I can only say that we just call it a needle. It's made with 0.3mm steel wire.

I have also seen folks here in U.S. demonstrate making a needle with Tigertail beading wire. Folks making beaded bracelets, necklaces may already have some in their supplies. Thanks for sharing 😎

Thank you very, very much for posting this information! I have lots of wire for making jewelery but always losing my needles or can't find the size to go through beads. This TH-cam video is so super handy. Thanks again!

It's called an Open Ended Beading Needle. They sell them on Amazon. It's convenient when you need to take your needle out of your work, but don't want to cut your beading thread.

Karen, what do you do with beads with holes that are too small.

Hi, if the holes are really small, I will do it with stainless steel wire (bracelet with clasp) instead of elastic style.

@@andreakeener6378 Hi, sorry I never used a bead reamer, the bead may easily break in an improper way. I am not a pro like that, haha.
