Block Fortress War. Scout can counter summon in 1 vs 1 pvp?

Games like these are organized on Foursaken Media’s official Discord server (linked here / discord .).
I was expecting to lose here since I didn’t get my stuns timed correctly but somehow my miniguners were enough to win. It was probably due to my opponent not using a shroud totem and not having that many healing totems.
