KiraTheUsagii's Workshop Speaking of this, my school organised a leadership camp last year and the mc ask everyone if they would like to play a game he developed to brush up our leadership skills. He said that his main inspiration come from his love of Assassins Creed: Black Flag . Once again he asked among the student if they ever heard/played/love Assassins Creed and among the raised hands, one catch his attention. That hand belongs to a small, bespectacled 15 years old girl prefect with the most blank expression I've ever seen . The MC was disbelief for a moment and ask her if she really knew what Assassins Creed is, and she nodded. Still unsatisfied, he asked her reason for what's make the game so fun to play, which she replied: it's fun killing people. You can literally see that everyone just sweatdrop at that answer

Which is funny, considering the show literally explicitly states that people let their guard down around Nagisa, then exploits that to surprise us, and we fall for it anyway. Love how they interpreted assassination with a snake. Snakes are known to be very deadly and dangerous at times. Yet, they’re so small as well. It threw me off why they’d use a snake of all things though. If they used an animal reference, I’d choose a cat like creature instead. Like a lion or tiger. There’s also a lot of unrealistic scenes, but damn it was awesome to watch!
While both animals use stealth to kill their prey, the reason for doing so is different. Cats hunt animals they can easily overpower in close quarters combat. They generally use stealth to improve their success rate and conserve energy. They can still give chase or overpower their prey if it chooses to make a stand. Snakes, on the other hand, rely entirely on that one moment. They have no means of giving chase to an escaping prey and even if their prey does not run away, it is relatively easy to avoid their attacks if their prey knows they are there. A snake is far more fitting for Nagisa.
@@SingingSealRiana But if you think about it the venom (not snakepoison) still kills, so it doesn't seem that far off, I don't know, that's how I interpreted it anyway
Snakes mostly rely on their venom to kill prey, not threats. The animals that are normally threats to snakes do become sick from venom depending on the snake, and animals remember that. It’s why they often use dry bites to scare away predators. But prey will drop within a minute of being bitten, and for assassins, all humans are prey. For clarification, there are snake species that do have venom potent enough to kill larger animals. Western diamond-back rattlers, black mamba, taipan, king cobra. I even hear that green mamba are pretty potent as well.
Thanks to everyone for all the information lol. I’ve always known that snakes were very keen to their nature of being deadly due to their poison, but it really goes to show the potential that both Nagisa and a snake have in common. Still I believe that Nagisa should have been way more. He was way too great of a character to be exclaimed one of the best in the class and still have this tiny persona. Right?
@@LullabyeNyah I don't know why using a snake would throw you off at all, it was cliche to me. It seems like you just haven't been exposed to it before lol
Nagisa is a viper, planning the perfect strategy to kill something with it realizing it is going to die in a split second, trapping it's prey while having no bloodlust Karma is a wolf, intelligent and quick, loves to toy and torture it's prey. Strong and makes plans to find a way how to kill something but is able to hide it's bloodlust, also relentless while hunting down it's prey.
Karma’s entire style is based around systematically breaking down his opponent until they can’t resist. That is far closer to a wolf’s method of hunting than a cheetah. A cheetah will give up if you evade the initial rush, a wolf will hunt you for days, harassing you every time you try to eat or drink or even rest, until you’re nearly dead from starvation and exhaustion before they move in for the kill.
People think there's no such thing as people like this but it's true. It's just not as dramatic. There are people who can kill and do it without batting an eye or feeling anything. But they have to be conditioned to do so. Usually they are nice and very comforting to be around. Then they end up joining a military or service and then become.conditioned to blood violence and killing. Sooner or later they mentally break and stop caring. But due to their personality they want to keep up appearances. They remain nice.
i am not on nagisa's level but i keep my blood lust on lock down and i plan to only unleash it in emergency's, but in the end i am a nice guy, i just have a lot of pent-up blood lust. when i have too much built up i go ham with some melee weapons in my backyard and just imagine those who i hate appearing before me. i do not plan on joining the military though as i do not want to assist in any death in which the target was not worthy of dying, and on the off chance i do kill someone who is innocent, i would be scared forever.
LocKey13 YuuYA hahahaha if they had a crossober I would totally watch it and what if nagisa and kuroko are brothers its sooo exciting kyaaaaa!!!! I've already read a fanfic like this ahhhh
LocKey13 YuuYA Maybe not on the first day, but earlier than it shows in the story. Koro-Sensei is the OG deathgod, and his face wasnt revealed till he the adopted an apprentice that betrayed him, so he might have the same level of presence of kuroko if he wants to, and as an assassin, he should know what are its limits and weaknesses.
Not really. Considering you are in the scene replacing Nagisa. All you know is your teacher is a octopus that can move at mach 20, your reaction must be surprised and a bit of silenced as shown in the movie. Then, when he goes in class, you and your classmates all fire together at once and in the end, not a single hit. Looking at the speed and dodging it, you'd think that the snake technique doesn't work on a octopus that moves at mach 20. So, it's all about the first impressions you know.
Man... Nurture really played into Nagisa's life and his ability to assassinate. Firstly, he was stuck with an abusive mother but knew he couldn't raise a hand against her. So he reduced his presence to a bare minimum to avoid having to have any interactions with her. Add that with his probably unbalanced diet and you have a small and quiet person who trained his ability to quite literally disappear from your presence. He probably hates his mom a lot, but again, dared not go against her too much, so he hated and hated from the shadows while putting on a facade, maybe to even trick himself. He portrayed himself as innocent, gullible, tolerable, patient. But we all know Nagisa's not. If he didn't have his natural morals, he'd probably kill anyone who so much as provoked him and even what he deems as his morals is a bit fucked up. I mean, he'll attack if he's asked to. Which he is. He has the ability to shrink away and then attack with a smile. His appearance serves as quite an advantage in assassination when you think about it. He can disguise as male or female. Imagine how easily he can duck away from the scene with a simple change and his ability to become unnoticable.
When you think about it, the ability to disguise as the opposite gender is quite advantagous. Even if he's discovered, people will be hunting for a non-existent "female" assassin and not just an random unassuming male that would fly under the radar. If his hair color was black it'd be even harder to find
If you need an assassin to off an incredibly difficult target, like a president (insert name right here), Nagisa’s your guy. Also I’d imagine his assassin name would be Python, since that’s the snake that he’s symbolized with.
If Nagisa is a snake, then I'd say Karma is a cat. He plays with his victims, learns what makes them tick then uses that against them. A game of cat and mouse. Plus a cat fights more so at close range with power and speed. Nagisa, and a snake, goes for the one perfect strike, the one move to take down the enemy.
The fact we all know he's such a good assassin cause he had to in order to survive his mom, 1: Sneaking off without being noticed 2: being able to determine a person's mood JUST BY HEARING THEM 3: Knowing how to manipulate emotions (He did this sometimes by giving the enemy what they want as proven by his fight at the end of s1 and when he surrendered to his mom's obvious irrational anger in s2)
