In question 23 about queries its double click in the right side of the mouse ?

1. when i made my query and tried to run it, it said the formatting wasnt the same in the query and in the table. how should i fix it?
2. when i try to change the report from design view to layout view, it asks to enter parameter of something. i'm not sure how to do that..

Hi Rebekah, I am not sure about your first question unless I see a screenshot of what error you are getting. Regarding your second question, it just means the name of your run field or search criteria has a spelling error. Check that the spelling is correct and that the Capitalization is acurate. Sir, for Question 22, every time I try to save the database after creating the new record I receive an error stating that it was not successful because it will create duplicate values in the index, primary or relationships.

Choose the correct primary key 🔑 field. You are setting a primary key on a field that has duplicate values. Primary key must be unique for every record
MS Access is licensed software. If I want to practice at home, what are the free alternatives I can use for database. Can I use MySQL?

Hey, I have an important question. Now, I do the report from Report and not from Report Wizard. The difference is the cell borders show up in the final printout. Will I lose mark if I do so? Or Is it accepted in the mark scheme ?

You can disable the borders. Take the report in Design View, select the cells with the borders, right-click and go to Properties. Under the Format tab, find Border Style and select Transparent from the options. Take it back in Report view. Hope that helps
