I wish this included the very last portion where he mentioned women wouldn’t feel like they needed to take those positions if men were leading the home correctly!!

Sir teacher, what we think is not important, but what the scripture says. 1 Timothy 2:11-15 is clearly telling what God is saying to his woman. Why you keep asking what do they think the scripture is clear.

What is the role of woman in the Church?

I think culture has always influenced the church. Our early church fathers had the most horrific things to say about their sisters. It was okay because it ran with the culture.
Feminism came about and my grandmother and mother for the first time ever heard about women baring Gods image, too.
Equal standing and equal dignity before God is a new idea even though it’s been in scripture for thousands of years.
    God bless to everyone
I am also annoyed as a woman that we get to hear about our gender in the Bible on Mother’s Day.

Pastor I can't agree with you on this sermon you delivered. In one of your previous messages regarding the accuracy of the Bible, so far the very best message I have listened to regarding the accuracy of our Heavenly Father's Holy Word, you left all with no doubt that the Bible was God breathed, now to make a point you are overiding the very clear instructions in Paul's writings 1Timothy 2 verses 11 and 12 Let a woman learn quitly with all submissiveness. I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather she is to remain quiet." Nothing is clearer than this. You are overiding the chrystal clear with what needs to be deducted by reading between the lines in scripture. To me if our Heavenly Father says " I do not permit a woman to preach or teach a man" I Believe that is exactly what our Heavenly Father means. Thank you very much for your messages however I cannot agree with this message. I have always been taught that the church is not the building but the saints. The mere fact that you permit a lady to do things like baptisms would be extremely concerning to me. I believe with all my heart that I am here to love and please our Heavenly Father not the world or the ladies that may be offended. Men and woman in theveyes of our Heavenly Father are 100% equal but I do believe that our Heavenly Father is a God of order and therefore has assigned different roles for men and woman.

Why why whyyy? The answer is No! Women can not shepherd pastor in church….why can’t we just read the word as is written to us for teach us?? Is it for your wife say so? Do your wife have opinions about this? Well it’s doesn’t matter….we can’t just make own decisions to change the word for fitting our opinions. Women have roles…man can’t do that women can …. Don’t bring feminism in church. Faith is not about feelings…it is an actual Force.
Matthew 23:8: "But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Rabbi, even the Messiah; and all ye are brethren."

If I may, I share here two articles about the female pastorate. An interpretation of I Timothy 2:11-15: vidaemabundancia.blogspot.com/2013/04/consagracao-feminina-ao-pastorado-i.html And a discussion about the "order of Creation" referred to in I Timothy 2:13: vidaemabundancia.blogspot.com/2024/05/porque-primeiro-foi-formado-adao-depois.html (Both articles are in portuguese, but you may activate the automatic translation at the right top menu.)
