Free of what kept them there. In that dark cold restaurant, where dreams are crushed, fantasy was alive and fun was in the eyes of the viewer and not the performers. But that was left behind, to burn with the building and the man who caused the pain. Soon the balloons were out of sight, gone to where they were always meant to go. The sky.
This song is a roller coaster of emotion, it’s sad that the kids died this horrible death and never did get to say goodbye, they died in the magical place that was supposed to be the happiest safest place they know with all their friends. They were then cursed with having their souls trapped in the animatronics being forced to sing and dance all the while watching their killer go through law suits until he’s a free man and got away with it all. But it’s also happy because the kids are finally set free after 20-30 long years of seeing their killer just inflict more and more pain when all they can do is just watch it all unfold

Bro i swear, this song makes me wanna cry. What C.C went through, no, what all the Missing Kids, all the Children and Michael went through is so depressing. Especially when you learn the lore and everything Not to mention this takes me back way far, the times I was watching Fnaf SFMs, MVs, Gmod videos, Minecraft Videos etc. alot in 2015-2019, From Samgladiator, Mark, Cavemanflims & AntVenom, Zajchu, PopularMMOs, Maxie (Rest in piece to her and her brother), XboxGamerK and more. wish I could go back to those times, where life was good and you didn’t have to worry about anything as a 6-8 year old. 😞 😭 and Scott retiring just makes it all more sad. If this is meant to be with the canon context in order, FNaF 2 is before FNaF 1 based off of some stuff, if its meant to be with the context of the order the games released, yeah.
In my opinion this is the definition of a happy ending theme, its kinda upbeat yet depressing, making you reflect on the memories of the game or story you just played through/seen, the soft piano and rain in the backround make it feel like a funeral, because it is like one, it gives the player/reader closure on what just happened, not bombarding you with sad music, on the other hand it dosent blast your eardrums with semi epic music, like some movies outros, (keep in mind I am talking about media that tells a story that involves a kind of tragedy, not all media) this set of sad music that I just talked about makes you think of the sadness of the media. But with this song it makes you reflect on everything that happened, the good and bad, the heros and villans and the victims along the way. Truely a masterpiece of musical art, 10/10 scott, the story you have made and the fanbade as well is astounising to me, this is what i want my piece of media to become, alas work needs to be done, have a good day/night people. @@ItIsLuna honestly pizzeria sim gets a lotta slander but i honestly think its like the 3rd best game in the series, it has a neat day section with place building and such, a night section that requires complete concentration, patience, and reaction speeds to get through, and an in-depth story that helped to clear up some of the game's longest mysteries with even more sprinkles of lore added in to reinforce everything, its only #3 because fnaf 1 and 2 were master classes of their own certain kind of horror and lore
what I think makes the missing children saga's ending so good is how they are freed. It was never about killing afton, that wouldn't fix anything. Hell, they had gotten him springlocked before, and all they truly accomplished with that was dragging their tormenter into the same hell hole as them. What truly sets them free, is putting their memories back together and having their happiest day. They died at a birthday party, and all they truly needed to do to move on was accept what has happened to them (in other words, putting them back together) and celebrating what was ripped from them. They were all lured away one by one and died scared, in pain and alone. It's only fitting that their final action in captivity is finding solace in each other, celebrating their happiest day together. All the while, the monster who inflicted all that pain is cursed to walk the earth alone and in constant agony until he is burned away and swallowed up by the deepest darkest pit of hell.
Well, all I can say is, I wanna go back to when i 1st discovered fnaf and this song brings out nature and sadness and how the end can come at any time, but either way its nostalgic, it makes me feel good and sad at the same time.
I see this as a very poetic end. very simple.. but effective The man behind it all is truly dead in this timeline and all the souls were freed after his true death And that little indie game dev finally made his entire life savings off his life work.. to soon be forgotten by the rest of the world as everyone moves on to the next big thing. The ending where it should’ve ended was so bittersweet. It gives you the feeling of sorrow and guilt, but with a sign of relieve that you have freed those who are trapped in a never ending nightmare of reliving the past. You realize that life around you could end at any moment if you don’t cherish those around you before it’s too late. You never know what will happen to your loved ones if one day they’re just gone. Love is what will outshine the world and bonds are what keeps us strong in our humanity.
I remember when I had a whole friend group that I cherished. I left due to drama regarding my gender identity. This makes me remember those times when things were ok. I wasn’t depressed, and I could’ve sworn I had everything I ever wanted. Now it’s all gone. I miss those times, but looking back on it, my departure was probably for the best. They were just kids, they didn't deserve that fate, but now after decades of torment and pain, they're finally free. They can finally rest, knowing the monster who did this to them is gone. The phantoms have finally been freed, flying up towards the clouds singing and praying. As they vanish above the dark skies, their final tears fall to the earth, signaling their end. Four gravestones lay buried into the soil, flowers placed atop of their cold, stoney grave.... Rest in peace, O' shattered souls. There is nothing to be afraid of anymore. Fly. Into the clouds, free from the billowing smoke of fear. The nightmare is over... The nightmare..is finally.. over..

I can see this playing in the background of Michael watching Fazbears Fright go up in a flaming inferno. The rain unable to suppress the flames quick enough. A distant fire truck siren comes closer and Michael swears he sees his brother’s ghost standing near the fire, he blinks and he’s gone. Michael turns as the firetrucks get closer and walks away.
Listening to this makes me wish the series had ended at the 6th installment because to me it felt like the perfect ending. The kids are finally free, their finally in the afterlife and the killer has finally been sent to hell where they belong and every one else that still remained are now finally free. Everything, the tragedies, the horror, it all could finally be put to rest.
After the fire, a small light of hope approaches the soul of the lost children and the soul of a murderer goes to hell to pay for the sins committed, that would have been a great ending but unfortunately it was not like that and the souls of the children they did not rest in peace

There wasn't a need for any more games after FNAF 4, but i guess that's why Scott called it the end of the "original saga", so I guess it can end in it's own separate Canon altogether.

The souls were happy, they were finally able to move on after so long, but then... they remembered that someone needed their happiest day too, they didnt know him that much since he was always separated from the group, but he deserved the happy ending too, after all he was trapped in a suit too, later that day, the souls reunited in a familiar yet odd place, its like they remembered that place and at the same time didnt, at the end of the room, there he was, crying behind a table, the souls approached him, then, the soul of the puppet entered the room, she approached the table, and placed a cake infront of him, and then they began to sing happy birthday to him, the Crying child stopped for a moment, and opened his eyes, even though it was something as simple as a happy birthday, it meant a lot to him, he felt... human again, he wasnt an object to bully or be mistreated like they did to him all those decades ago, the souls finished singing, then... the crying child put on a Fredbear Mask, the one thing that tormented him in his final moments and his whole after life... now didnt affect him, him and the other souls finally leaved that place filled of agony, and balloons rised up into the sky as they began to fly into the sunset, now finally being able to see the outside after so many years.

When Michael created a faults firing with William (aka Springtrap) inside the building along with children caused the place to go on fire and with that the souls escaped the animatronic suits which they were trapped in for 40 years escaping the burning building. They were in tears seeing the outside world for the first time after decades in the suits and seeing their killer (William) dying in the burning restaurant. But the souls didnt rest there according in "Happiest day" minigame Charlie (puppet) and other kids went to an abandoned Freddy's which was closed 40 years (where they were killed) celebrated their final birthday and fly away and rest in peace. Shortly The restaurant burned down overnight according in fnaf 3 newspaper. (If you brighten the newspaper image, it will show springtrap in the frame meaning that he survived the fire and become scraptrap..
I remember how this was supposed to be the very ending of the series. The kids had their freedom, and whatever came next. They weren't bound and tied into their personal hell anymore. It was such a good ending, and honestly one of the best endings of any FNaF game (outside of FFPS)!
fnaf is the perfect example of a story that's been finished for a while. imo, everything after sister location's jack shit (including pizzeria sim and ucn). fnaf 3 was meant to be the definite end chronologically. fnaf 4 was a result of everyone being dissatisfied with fnaf 3. and fnaf sl sorta just appeared, and both were extensions of the story before the 3rd game. in my opinion, the story of fnaf is as simple as it goes. afton loses his daughter and son, he kills 5 children as a result and stuffs them into the animatronics, they get possessed, search for vengeance by blindly killing the only figure that could pose any resemblance to their killer, the night guard, and after years and years are finally free. sure afton's still alive, but he suffers from the karma he inflicted on the kids. there's no need for a scraptrap, or a burntrap, or a meta-extension via help wanted to contribute to the story. all those games were fun (except for security breach), but it would've been much better if they strayed away from the initial story scott tried to set up.

I know nearly everyone prefers the Pizza Sim ending, but this is where the story truly ends for me.

As the old saying goes "all good things come to an end" cause if they didnt theyd lose what made them special in the first place take a look at cod zombies for example before the story was perfect had a perfect ending but after b04 everything changed it now became nothing more than a side mode all the soul and passion is gone...
I can see this playing in the background of Michael watching Fazbears Fright go up in a flaming inferno. The rain unable to suppress the flames quick enough. A distant fire truck siren comes closer and Michael swears he sees his brother’s ghost standing near the fire, he blinks and he’s gone. Michael turns as the firetrucks get closer and walks away.
Listening to this makes me wish the series had ended at the 6th installment because to me it felt like the perfect ending. The kids are finally free, their finally in the afterlife and the killer has finally been sent to hell where they belong and every one else that still remained are now finally free. Everything, the tragedies, the horror, it all could finally be put to rest.

There wasn't a need for any more games after FNAF 4, but i guess that's why Scott called it the end of the "original saga", so I guess it can end in it's own separate Canon altogether.

Ladies and Gentleman... This was the real Fnaf end.
The souls were happy, they were finally able to move on after so long, but then... they remembered that someone needed their happiest day too, they didnt know him that much since he was always separated from the group, but he deserved the happy ending too, after all he was trapped in a suit too, later that day, the souls reunited in a familiar yet odd place, its like they remembered that place and at the same time didnt, at the end of the room, there he was, crying behind a table, the souls approached him, then, the soul of the puppet entered the room, she approached the table, and placed a cake infront of him, and then they began to sing happy birthday to him, the Crying child stopped for a moment, and opened his eyes, even though it was something as simple as a happy birthday, it meant a lot to him, he felt... human again, he wasnt an object to bully or be mistreated like they did to him all those decades ago, the souls finished singing, then... the crying child put on a Fredbear Mask, the one thing that tormented him in his final moments and his whole after life... now didnt affect him, him and the other souls finally leaved that place filled of agony, and balloons rised up into the sky as they began to fly into the sunset, now finally being able to see the outside after so many years.

Even though they’re not real I feel a connection and a sense of belonging this is so heart warming as there is brutal deaths the Afton kids and the people who died was brave this is truly amazing nobody will probably see this comment but as I say my heart is actually beating right now the animatronics could not control theirselves if I’m correct the souls are so beautiful William probably regrets it Micheal was not aware but brave Elizabeth didn’t know better I don’t know if it was confirmed but i believe she was 7 years old and for Evan Micheal was just a teenager and didn’t know better and decided to put Evan’s head in fredbears mouth was his name? Yes if you have any corrections put it in the reply section please I have a really heart warming connection with this although people still make Fnaf content but not the real creators 😅 I love this Fnaf community and for all a good and safe life as this was heart warming and I wish I could say more but I think it’s enough ❤
Welp.. 12ish days of my sophomore year... left..
This is kinda sad knowing they were just kids but they're lives were took and they were forced to live in robotic prisons even though they aren't real it's still sad because they thought just because it was supposed to be the happiest place and when the place burnt down they finally got to see the outside world after 30-40 years after being forced to just sing and dance for other kids and were forced to watch other kids enjoy they're childhood it's just sad...
The kids are no longer alive but we still managed to free them. They can rest peacefully now. And Afton will rot.

When Michael created a faults firing with William (aka Springtrap) inside the building along with children caused the place to go on fire and with that the souls escaped the animatronic suits which they were trapped in for 40 years escaping the burning building. They were in tears seeing the outside world for the first time after decades in the suits and seeing their killer (William) dying in the burning restaurant. But the souls didnt rest there according in "Happiest day" minigame Charlie (puppet) and other kids went to an abandoned Freddy's which was closed 40 years (where they were killed) celebrated their final birthday and fly away and rest in peace. Shortly The restaurant burned down overnight according in fnaf 3 newspaper. (If you brighten the newspaper image, it will show springtrap in the frame meaning that he survived the fire and become scraptrap..
I remember how this was supposed to be the very ending of the series. The kids had their freedom, and whatever came next. They weren't bound and tied into their personal hell anymore. It was such a good ending, and honestly one of the best endings of any FNaF game (outside of FFPS)!

fnaf is the perfect example of a story that's been finished for a while. imo, everything after sister location's jack shit (including pizzeria sim and ucn). fnaf 3 was meant to be the definite end chronologically. fnaf 4 was a result of everyone being dissatisfied with fnaf 3. and fnaf sl sorta just appeared, and both were extensions of the story before the 3rd game. in my opinion, the story of fnaf is as simple as it goes. afton loses his daughter and son, he kills 5 children as a result and stuffs them into the animatronics, they get possessed, search for vengeance by blindly killing the only figure that could pose any resemblance to their killer, the night guard, and after years and years are finally free. sure afton's still alive, but he suffers from the karma he inflicted on the kids. there's no need for a scraptrap, or a burntrap, or a meta-extension via help wanted to contribute to the story. all those games were fun (except for security breach), but it would've been much better if they strayed away from the initial story scott tried to set up.
