I would say that it does have fuel pump lobe ...I have the comp # 11-413-8 roller cam and it has one ...I also bought the 85401 evolution roller lifters ..they say they are quieter..we will see .but that's why I went with the comp pushrods that they say fit ...my cam is small ..but I'm not wanting to race it ...just want a dependable motor for street it won't see 6k rpms
