Normally when trying to sell something it's far more productive to tell the prospective customers how much money you want, otherwise you are just walking around an empty caravan.
This is the exact model I rented from a site. It was ok but alot of damp collected under the seats the damp traps were full to overflowing under seats and in bathroom and black spot mildew on the walls. I'd suggest ripping out gas fire and putting in a multi fuel stove in to drive out the damp, but you probably won't get sited on a regular site for that. The owners of the site left alot more to be desired than the actual static. I'm thinking of getting a slightly smaller model as I don't need all those beds, but I can site it on my own land so basically do what I want! Good luck and hope you enjoy your holiday home.
