I have theory, From the last video when the squad died Kaigaku asked if he could take Zenitsu's head which the kakushi weren't able retrieve which is what appears to be in the bag Kaigaku was carrying and then there is Muzan saying something about turning tanjiro friends into demons instead him. I think Muzan will give his blood to zenitsu's head and turn him into a demon this could work as in the anime Daki/ume was able to turn into a demon even though being burnt to a crisp
But it's just theory, so better need from some confirmation 🤔🤔🤔

great theory, but since zenitsu's is dead, i dont think muzan can turn him into a demon. I mean im pretty sure hes dead after being decapitated for so long, the thing with daki was she was still alive when doma found them
