Think I missed the voting but for me it would be a coin flip between Trypticon and Superion. Probably Superion as he was the first complete G1 combiner I got as a child, long lost to time. Also if they would reissue ER Prowl, Runabout and Runamuck and Thrust It would make me very happy.
Personally I really want to see a new version of RiD Prowl/Mach Alert. Yeah Sideburn was a poor showing but the original Prowl/Mach Alert is so prone to breaking that I really would appreciate a redo on it, especially since my RiD Sideburn and X-brawn are stuck without their brother at the moment since I'm too uncomfortable to invest in him.
@@DennisMoultonAKAGotBot His car doors/skirt flaps are molded out of translucent plastic, including the balljoint-housing, which is notorious for breaking thanks to tension.
I like the idea of the latest Legacy Trilogy since it not only paid homage to a slew of other lines for all those fans that like those lines, but I saved a lot of money the last 3 years because of the approach. I was not into all of the other lines and such though a few molds surprised me so I bit on them. With AOTP, I see a similar situation for me but with all of the re-releases and package refreshes, I will pass since I have them (with the exception of Crasher...she eluded me!). Once again, great for those who missed out or are just getting back into collecting. Lastly, when was the last time you did a Top 10 on characters from various lines who need some love as a figure? My vote would be Monstructor followed by Magnaboss and then Depthcharge and Rampage (a Commander Class Rivalry 2-pack would have been great!).
9:28 Man, I know this character as “Cybershark” LONG BEFORE that “Transformers RID 2000” series in a Beast Wars Transmetal 2 box. I’d rather have the “Cybershark” version.
Interesting list! I myself did not participate on the vote because i struggle to settle on just one, among many things i'm looking forward too (greedy mofo, i know). That being said, i'm also interested on how your own personal list looks like? How many of figures on this list that will actually makes it to your personal list? Or are you gonna do a separate video about that?
I wasn't going to do my personal list lol. I already own/reviewed Cosnos, OP, Trypticon and Metroplex. Not in on Omega Prime. No interest in Devy. My CW with the perfect effect set still wins. Not sure about Star Convoy as I have the selects. I have versions of Solus, Megatronus and Sky-Byte, do we will see. Most want a proper Onyx.
Honestly I liked the little Titan Master/Prime Master robots for what they were and the way they worked with the other toys and the pretender shell were at least passable as weapons for bigger bots as well as their own little thing so i'm glad to have the ones I have. They really did need some proper primes figures though. Solus is looking good especially.
no, it's not. It's exactly the representations of the 13 that many fans have been waiting for for a solid 15 years. and, really, all wfc, Legacy and now AOTP is all the same aesthetic anyway so....
Cosmos makes sense, lots of people missed him (including me but got one from N-Put. I have to say that I have 0 interest in any of the Primes. The 13 (or 12, can't recall) primes didn't exist in my youth, so I have little attachment to most of them, except Trion, which I have. Star Convoy looks good, but again, no attachment. I'm quite pleased with my Siyang Culture Metroplex, 175.99 Shipped (I think U$, can't recall) , couldn't be more happy. But a new one would probably sell. The SS86 Devy will sell out for sure, but I'll keep my Jinbao. SS86 prime is so late in Japan, that's too bad. I will get the AOTP Trypticon for sure, it'll be my B-day gift. And I'm really surprised at #1...wow. Great list!
I've got FH Wingsaber, FH Requiem Blaster, Siege Omega Supreme, Planet X Shockwave, Legacy Armada Red Alert, Legacy Armada WheelJack, and Ocular Max's Ruination bots in the budget. Hasbro will undoubtedly surprise me with a Selects repaint or a WalMart exclusive repaint or two, which I want. 2024 really was a good year for Transformer fans. Love this list from the voters.
For me, SS 86 Devastator, the upcoming Superion and try to finish the SS 86 Dinobots as i have only managed to find Sludge in store. It's not fun being a collector of certain things while living in a rural part of Iowa. I did get the SS 86 Optimus for Christmas though😁.
Because why not make the giant accessory contraption Magnus had into its own character? I thought it should always have been another bot, even back then.
Considering I missed out on MP-44 because I thought the original price was ridiculous, I pre-ordered MP-60 and MPG-09 immediately as soon as they're available. The price of MP-44 only gets more ridiculous over time, and I will never get to buy unless Takara Tomy decided to reissue it.
I would be absolutely fine with a reissue of Generations Metroplex. I would give up all the electronics. My suggestion for Trypticon: Cover his Decepticon symbols with Predacon symbols and treat him as Gigastorm. Otherwise, I don't know if I'll get him and make him Gigastorm, since I also have a TR Trypticon with no QC issues. Other than that, generally figures I want: various G1 Pretenders (for example Bugly, Doubleheader and Sky High), various Action Masters (for example Gutcruncher, Rollout and Charger), various G2, Beast Wars and Takara Beast Wars figures (for example the Blentrons) as well as good modern versions of G1 Thunderwing, Thunderclash and Skyquake.
In regards to Cosmos, there have been leaks going around of an upcoming Deluxe Class Cosmos figure based on his appearance in _EarthSpark_ (where he was voiced by "Weird Al" Yankovic himself). And I had a feeling the SS86 Constructicons' combined form of Devastator would make the list even though AOTP Red Alert and Gamer Edition Ironhide and Thundercracker never made the list.
They last few you mentioned never had votes, Red Alerta had, like, 2. I hsve seen nor heard ANY evidence of any suxh Earthspark Cosmos. Would be neat but I reckon you heard someone wish for it more than leaks. I hope that it proves accurate but that line is winding down.
and why dont you have the studio cell planetary rings upgrade??? lol For me my top wants for my collection are... Sure shot to complete my autobot target masters, need a computron, superion, Good looking abominus (power of the primes is fugly) wind charger, outback, powerglide, Sea-spray, swerve, tailgate think thats it to complete my season 1-4 roster
We have all those minibots already but I guess if you want upgrades. POTP Abominus is pretty much perfect but okay. And why would I pay more for unnecessary rings when he is pretty much perfect already? Not to mention pricey. I'm not into wasting money needlessly.
I live in the Bay area of California by 3 targets and 2 Walmarts. I never saw ss86 Magnus, tidal wave, sandstorm, or beachcomber. If it didn't show up at Target, it will be rare. At least in the States that is
Sky Garry, Grandus and Dai Atlas. Maybe a Beachcomber, another Menasor combiner run both G1 and remaining G2, and Ultra Magnus reissue. Sixliner and Railracer. Proper G1 Metroplex, and Fort Max reissue with upgraded ratchets and articulation, fix the dang thing.
God, no; no chance in hell I would be stupid enough to spend over two grand on a foolish sized bot that can barely move and is obnoxious as shit, let slone needs to be displayed on a gigantic base mode on the floor. I'd be embarrassed to have that and let people know that I have that little money sense and that little respect for myself and my bsn account, lol. That said, it absolutely deserves to be in a Transformer museum. As a purchasable product? It's beyond unusable and absurd lol.
I assumed it was a "no later than" thing, but I'm sure we may hear something soon. Hopefully it's a recent video and not one recorded a few months before like that last one.
Commander would make sense for Broadside, unless you mean a tiny titan like Stay Convoy or even the still slightly oversized Tidal Wave. Tsunami is ablyt the rifht scale there.
I think Haslab, as a concept, needs to die. This isn't some little independent company doing a kickstarter. This is a multibillion dollar company. Just make the damned thing. As for a little more, that is relative. For example, my Metroplex was found second hand and was, get this, 90 CAD. Then I found a second hig red blaster thrifting, 2.50. That's 92.50. Plus scored Sege Sixgun for 35 and Slsmner for 42, taxes in. That's 169. Even added Iro Factory Turrets and Mannacle I found for 40. That is all in 219CAD. I can not see a Haslab version being anyth9ng less than 600US, let alone 219 Canafian lol. All relative.
@@DennisMoultonAKAGotBot Well I dont agree with you about the Haslab concept. Thanks to it, we got Unicron. We get RID Omega Prime. we got ghostbusters stuff too. The fact is transformers got more and more expensive, and the Titans' prices were crazy for the last few years. over 300$ for Nemesis, Cybertron Metroplex, Tidal Wave? The advantage of a haslab campaign could mean a more elaborate figure, better engineering, better detailing too. Being a G1 inspired design, he could come with every accessories the original one came with. Sixgun could be better built, same as Slammer and Scamper. Better engineering means more parts count. and 600$ is more affordable to me than the 1100$ 4 feet tall one have a great day!
@raynekraven croedfunding a multibillion dollar company should be a MAJOR source of embarrassment for us all, especially since it is also very fake. That shitty Unicton ..and he is very shitty. A giant shelforner and not even close to accurate. It easily could have been a 200 dollar main release and it failed 3 times before it "succeeded." That said, other "campaigns" have been great figures....not one needed to be crowdfunded though. What people really need to do is stop acting like they owe Hasbro. As fans and consumers, they need to win our dollars and they are doing a piss poor job. Tell me one Haslab nonsense that exists that couldn't have just been released anyway? The answer is none of it. That Unicron was their third campaign. The Star Wars one succeeded, 3-foot Cookie Monster failed. There was never ever any chance they weren't making Unicron anf that they weren't going to make it "succeed",lol. They absolutely were not going to have 2 out 3 projec6s fail when trying to sell the BS Haslab concept to investors. Omega Peime is easy, 2 commanders and a deluxe. Simple. All the crap you said trying to justify the Haslab shit is just the same old nonsensical propaganda Hasbro sold you. Now, forget corporate greed trying to hoodwink you and really ask is any of it REALLY that premium? A titan Meyroplex with all components could easily be done for 200. If you'd pay 600, then you are agreeing to far too much and they are taking you for a ride. That 4 foot nonsense is just that. It's ridiculous and anuone silly enough to have that should be very embarrassed. Yhat's an obscene amount of cash for a toy and what's worse is the company advises to not leave it in robot mode for long but rather display it in city mode. Imagine that monstrosity sitting in the middle of the foor ..forever. I sound harsh because I'm sick of Hasbro's greed taking advantage of fans and hard working people and even more sick of people having suxh little grasp of their own consumer power that they would defend a greedy corporation. Tidal Wave should have been 150, max.
@@DennisMoultonAKAGotBot well that's your point of view and I can respect that. I know that Unicron was close from not being made because people didn't get in at first because of the price. I didn't get him either not because of the reasons you mentionned, but because of the canadian price of 750$ Sure, he is a huge shell former, but in appearance I think he looks fantastic. Not all customers are into everything they offered. many haslab project werent funded (I remember a ghostrider set with a car with lights and sounds, lightsabers, some gijoe vehicule...) still, the ecto one is the last project I participated in. I dont see what they would offer that could interest me. as far as I am concerned, that ''new'' trypticon is a bust. same fig, different colors. the could have given metrotitan too take care
Once I got that Go-Bot set, Cosmos mould lost all its charm. There's something about this mould (hollowness? articulation? idk) that made me "ewww" once I got it in hand... I'd rather pick Shadowstrip instead, we're 2 figures away from G2 Menasor (I guess I should get few more of these DNK-38 kits, I loathe these stock fists, Superon is going to be flawed in this area either...) Glad SS86 OP gets re-released, distribution was weird on this one (exactly just like Armada Prime). Hoping for SS86 Grimlock re-release and proper release of SS86 Swoop (being sold at commander price point was bonkers, now it's even worse, sole store that is selling him deamands $150...).
I love the Cosnos mold. Maybe the hollow arms? I detest Legacy Menasor , it's not even a combiner, really. Pass on Superion. OP had distribution okay but I think the demand was under estimated. The second wave (fixed heels) is trickling out now. Swoop was not Commander price, he was Leader. Whoever tried to charge commander price was on crack.
@DennisMoultonAKAGotBot I don't know really. It's just "something" feels wrong with that mould. I like Legacy Menasor, in terms of visuals, articulation it's tremendous upgrade over CW. I get your point, limb bots being accessories for Motormaster-skeleton may be dealbreaker, along with other issues (hands, lack of accessories, leftover parts in "combined" mode, weirdly looking trailer, "base mode" ). Once I saw renders of new Aerialbots, I'm in doubts. Judging by the pictures, these aren't going to be real upgrade over CW, especially that I consider CW Silverbolt and generally CW Superion to be the best CW combiner (especially when upgraded with PE hands and feet). Scalpers, third party sellers that sell through Amazon. Apparently officially Swoop didn't make it to EU. Meanwhile OP was available as pre-order in one (yep) store which switched from pre-order to out of stock. Importing isn't really an option, I got that set with Bludgeon and Ruckus from Amazon.us and, once VAT and customs fees got applied, it cost me slightly above $100. Hasbro distribution still sucks, not much can be done to work around it on my side.
Reissues? well I'm getting jazz (mine broke) I'm getting Grimlock ( I have but i want another one for reasons.) THEY NEED TO REISSUE ULTRAMAGNUS AND SNARL THE DINOBOT. I know some who want a rerelease of 86 Hotrod. I got my 86 prime. Umm yeah Devastator for me is tops. But that fallen I preordered that because he looks great. and he was placed next to 86 Galvatron. So I know Fallen is as tall as SS86 Optimus. I like that.
Almost no votes. Those of us who have him, already know Toyworld/Zeta Hegemon is perfect for 86 and hard to beat. I forget there is even an 86 Megs coming. You'd think he would have gotten traction but nope, very, very few votes
Never should have got rid of Legends abd certainly shouldn't have tried to make them smaller; basically trying to make old Legion class but with elbows and knees. Legends for minibots was the golden era.
I just wish they'd produce enough units , I was dumb founded that Studio Series 86 Optimus Prime was limited release and that they let the scalpers preorder the majority . As a new Transformers collector I was totally unprepared for it , and I rate Studio Series 86 Optimus Prime as the worst Transformer of the year because of it , major let down
86 OP is not limited units. it is an A level Transformer, meaning yons produced. The second run is coing our now in Noryb Ametica and ot doesn't even release in Japan until March. No, he is the opposite of worst transformer. Your gripe is with distribution. You ansolutely cannot wait on SS86 stuff. It all generally sells very fast and sells a lot. It is peak 80's nosyalgia. Keep your eyes peeled, good luck, and madness you'll land one now with the fixed heels.

And isn't it sad that THE COMPANY is so mismanaged that it literally drives peolke away....then they wonder why they are floundering
I think they are all ripe for reissue since they were freaking exclusives. I hate exclusives.
Really? Breakage? I never knew that. I can see it though. I think all the brothers might get the update treatment.
@@DennisMoultonAKAGotBot His car doors/skirt flaps are molded out of translucent plastic, including the balljoint-housing, which is notorious for breaking thanks to tension.
Been LOOKING for the Ocular Max MMC Volture & Buzzsaw + the Jaguar Doccat for over 8 years now. Thats my most wanted.
Goid luck. MMC is such amazing quality.
Awhile ago but most of those made that list lol
9:28 Man, I know this character as “Cybershark” LONG BEFORE that “Transformers RID 2000” series in a Beast Wars Transmetal 2 box.
I’d rather have the “Cybershark” version.
Not the same character or robot mode. Cyberspace is neat though but not the same as Sky-Byte.
I am shocked SS86 Megatron isn't on the list.
Get the Zeta/Toyworld Hegemon. That thing is hard to beat. The 86 Megs only hand pittons, a handful of votes.
probably because it'll be a tank. If it could legally be a pistol, it probably would have placed.
@palaguin Meh, I dunno. It gained nothing real traction. I mean, people really need to get past that pistol BS.
I'm sure once he's revealed, people will get excited. Right now we don't know anything about him.
@@zullumaster123bro stop you and everyone is going to get that megatron no matter what. Hilarious people acting like they aren’t going to buy it
16:00 Devastator should be at least twice the size of Grimlock.
No, not quite that much bigger. He's the same size as other combiners. The 86 is about where he should be.
I just think for the primes, we knew they were full sized bots and the TR lads with their limits felt like a wasted opportunity.
All 13 primes not going to lie lolol jokingly you should've made this a top 13
We actually did top 10 Primes before. That as a wild ride.
Primes are garbage son
@@Shutupbird81 What do you mean the Primes are garbage??
@@WilliamSullivan-o3j the line they replaced legacy with it’s garbage
no, it's not. It's exactly the representations of the 13 that many fans have been waiting for for a solid 15 years. and, really, all wfc, Legacy and now AOTP is all the same aesthetic anyway so....
I'm absolutely in the Megatronus group! Hell yeah!
He is SUPER popular.
Great list!
Adore the 13 and have wanted them about 15 years now. You have that Metroplex?
@DennisMoultonAKAGotBot yes, I have him and the Sixgun/Scamper 2 pack that was made later. It's a really good g1 style mold
@RazyelKayneReviews Did you review him? Did I miss that?
@@DennisMoultonAKAGotBot I'll send you the kink
86 Constructicons, particularly mixmaster. G2 menasor, motormaster and wild rider are going to look great.
I hope you find tjem on in your travels. Good luck.
Yeah, it is certainly a strong year to follow up. I've never handled anything by Fans Hobby but live their look.
Legacy Ramjet so I can finally finish my 84-85 Decepticon updates
He's eeking out in some places. Keep your eyes peeled
Prime is great. Good luxk with the rest. I'm not in on the combiners, happy with the CW but goid luck with getting all the parts.
What confused me with Haslab Omega Prime is why they litterly turned him into a Targetmaster when he never was one.
Because why not make the giant accessory contraption Magnus had into its own character? I thought it should always have been another bot, even back then.
I personally like that we have another Cog-like character, especially since that weapon on its own wasn't very cool.
supposedly we are getting a Earthspark Cosmos too, so hopefully they do him justice. He was great and huge (i doubt the earthspark toy will be huge)
I have heatd nothing to support any Earthspark Cosmos release. That said, he should but hard to say as that line is
winding down.
Yeah, I gave nrvet had any interest whatsoever is anything MP, or MPG, the prices are idiotoc.
Other than that, generally figures I want:
various G1 Pretenders (for example Bugly, Doubleheader and Sky High), various Action Masters (for example Gutcruncher, Rollout and Charger), various G2, Beast Wars and Takara Beast Wars figures (for example the Blentrons) as well as good modern versions of G1 Thunderwing, Thunderclash and Skyquake.
I too thought about Gigastorm but space is a thing and I do use the G2 Selects lad as Megastorm lol.
Dang, I missed another vote. 😢 But if I had voted, AOTP The Fallen would have gotten my nomination. 😊
Soooo many want that dude.
I forgot to vote for this. I would have voted for SS86 leader class Megatron!
You would have been in small company. Dide mevet gained any traction .
I live in the Bay area of California by 3 targets and 2 Walmarts. I never saw ss86 Magnus, tidal wave, sandstorm, or beachcomber. If it didn't show up at Target, it will be rare. At least in the States that is
I miss Target.
That's a lot. Some might be a pupedream, some might happen, ya never know
Armada Sideswipe and I hope to finish Menasor
Good luck on both.
So does this mean you are in or out for the 4 foot Divorce class Metroplex??
God, no; no chance in hell I would be stupid enough to spend over two grand on a foolish sized bot that can barely move and is obnoxious as shit, let slone needs to be displayed on a gigantic base mode on the floor. I'd be embarrassed to have that and let people know that I have that little money sense and that little respect for myself and my bsn account, lol. That said, it absolutely deserves to be in a Transformer museum. As a purchasable product? It's beyond unusable and absurd lol.
I would love to get the Omega Prime I paid for, what's taking Hasbro so long? I actually forgot about it. The silence worries me.
So long? You know it's not due until the fall of 2025, right? It was right there on the campaign. I never backed it, but that was front and center.
@@DennisMoultonAKAGotBotThat sucks, didn't Star Saber and Deathsaurus take less time than that to produce? That's the time frame I had in mind.
I assumed it was a "no later than" thing, but I'm sure we may hear something soon. Hopefully it's a recent video and not one recorded a few months before like that last one.
FOC Broadside wish someone bring him up as a titan. AN yes reissue of foc needed and a g1 Metroplex. legacy was bad with distribution.
Commander would make sense for Broadside, unless you mean a tiny titan like Stay Convoy or even the still slightly oversized Tidal Wave. Tsunami is ablyt the rifht scale there.
Studio series 86 Skywarp & Thundercracker as individual releases
I haven't heard anything about that happening but you never know.
I'd be willing to pay a bit more for a haslab G1 style Metroplex. provided he comes with his companion robots.
Better engineering means more parts count. and 600$ is more affordable to me than the 1100$ 4 feet tall one
have a great day!
I didn't get him either not because of the reasons you mentionned, but because of the canadian price of 750$
Sure, he is a huge shell former, but in appearance I think he looks fantastic.
Not all customers are into everything they offered. many haslab project werent funded (I remember a ghostrider set with a car with lights and sounds, lightsabers, some gijoe vehicule...)
still, the ecto one is the last project I participated in. I dont see what they would offer that could interest me.
as far as I am concerned, that ''new'' trypticon is a bust. same fig, different colors. the could have given metrotitan too
take care
A reissue of Grimlock too
That is happening.
Suprised Prima didnt make the list too really, what with the star saber
Agreed
Studio series Optimus is probably the rise of the beasts that’s upcoming.
I think there might be a leader AOE knight? Not sure not. It's been an Optimus heavy year.
Once I got that Go-Bot set, Cosmos mould lost all its charm. There's something about this mould (hollowness? articulation? idk) that made me "ewww" once I got it in hand... I'd rather pick Shadowstrip instead, we're 2 figures away from G2 Menasor (I guess I should get few more of these DNK-38 kits, I loathe these stock fists, Superon is going to be flawed in this area either...)
Glad SS86 OP gets re-released, distribution was weird on this one (exactly just like Armada Prime).
I looking for the Arial bots an constructicons an g2 grimlock I love all the colors my favorite Dino not
Good luck. I'm not in on the combiners, happy with my CW, but ai hope you find them easy enough.

@AlexReynard Wheel, as I recall.
I want decent core/basic class at reasonable prices. Hasbro completely mismanaged that size class.
