Once one of them is banned, the duplicate names don't matter anymore. Or at least they shouldn't unless their ban system goes by UUID lookup rather than players connected.

the accounts with lot of duplicates may just be test accounts
For exemple DaQa could be Data Quality Assurance or Da-anything instead of data since QA is a common term in testing

Something i noticed was that most the accounts that had 30 or more duplicates were steve or alex skins except DaQa there was one that had a dog skin so that was probably the first DaQa and that makes me think they were made at diffrent times
After watching this vid i understand it because rainbow six siege has had the same problem for years but different at the same time no one has dupe account or probably even thinks of it but instead dupe operators (r6s is a 5 vs 5 game involving 50 to 60 ops) and the rule to chosing ops is you can't have the same operator played by two players. But if you go to ranked or unranked ( which if you leave you can't join a new ranked/unranked match until that one is over in anyway but you can rejoin that match), chose an operator and leave someone could take that operator. If you come back both players have chosen that operator so which is chosen. The game gets confused and give that operator to them both, just like it is here. That game get's confused and the names are duped

I watch till the end of the video and I would find out the mystery answer. But I think that if you make 2 or 30 accounts at once with the same name, there will be two accounts with the same name.
I could never trust anyone enough to give them access to an account like this. They'd just immediately change the name for the hell of it.

Different coding systems like ANCII or UTF-8. Cyrillic for example have similar characters with Latin alphabet. For example letter "C" in Latin alphabet is not the same letter as "С" in Cyrillic looks the same but computer thinks these letters are not the same. software is coded the way to understand different kind of mistakes made by human, that's why you can't ban second player, but can find him in account lists, I think.

Kinda, it was written down in the chat at some point - you need to use the uuid to address commands to the contact.
Plot twist: reason why there are duplicate accounts is because they come from a parrell world and are a glitch in the matrix
