  • Why cover Portland Oregon startups…? I've got any number of reasons. But the most important reason is that Portland startups are important to startup founders everywhere. Except maybe the Bay Area. But probably there too.

    Being a startup founder is hard. Anywhere. But being a startup founder in Portland has some additional challenges - not unlike the challenges that many founders face, around the world - that can make it even more difficult. That's one reason I try to celebrate the folks who are taking on that challenge, here.
