Just look at the stats and think about why different offhand would be useful for different things instead of having other people doing the thinking for you.

Torch is cheap and have Atk Speed and Cdr. Facebreak ( High gear - tank ) Muisec for more live steel and dmg. Thats depends your gameplay :)
