Ale Caceres my mom just gave me some advice today! Do cello hand stretches! In cello you have to like STRETCH your hand! It works on the ligament in your ring finger and pinkey!!
Yeah, I don’t play guitar but I play ukulele and there are things called “Tabs” (I’m about 95% sure tabs are also a thing in guitar playing) That basically show which fret and which string the note is on and stuff. There very easy to read once you know how it works. As for actually sheet music- idk.
Yousician is a good subscription for teaching guitar from what i've heard! I believe there's a 30 day free trial. It listens to what notes you play over a microphone while showing which note you should be playing on the screen. Maybe that can help until you figure out sheet music.

Yeah, you generally use tabs. But you need to do a bit of guesswork and listen to the song as they don't tell you the timings.
