Wait till you use the new phone 😂 I upgraded from 5s with 16GB to 7 Plus with 128GB. When I last backed up my phone before selling it, I had 19GB of storage left. 😂 I think 128GB is a sweet spot for anyone upgrading from a lower capacity. It’s not too small as the previous space variants, nor too big like the 512. 😂 Obviously though, you would know your requirements better.

Good review! I really love to take good pictures from my iPhone X, there are a lot of good scenery here where I live in Boston. But that same good experience showed me that there is a big limit of what the iPhone X camera can do, specially for long distance shots and low light. So, it made sense for me to update to the new iPhone 12 Pro; it main selling feature is that new camera lenses. But at the same time I discovered about the mirrorless cameras that have been around for a few, they have gotten pretty good dealing with those same issues, have gotten cheaper and smaller. If you are like me looking for a better picture shooting experience, want better pics or just good scenery shoots to put in your Instagram the iPhone camera will ALWAYS underperform when you compare it with those cameras. And the main issue actually, is the price, you can get a very good mirrorless camera from a good brand like Canon, Sony or Nikon and they will be cheaper that this iPhone. And if you are like me, is very frustrating when you have the idea of this perfect pic in your mind and the iPhone camera don't delivers, and it never will. For this price range you can make the sacrifice of staying with your old iPhone for a bit more and put this investment towards a good camera (even a good point and shoot), having an extra gadget will be worth it.
Honestly, I’m still on an XS and don’t feel even slightly drawn to upgrade anytime soon. No significant enough changes have been made since the X and XS to make me feel like it’s worth upgrading until I inevitably break this phone someday 😅
iPhones are supposed to last up to 5 years. Don't know how so many of you think that apple wants you to upgrade when they release a new phone. If it would be the case then they'd just stop the software updates after 1-2 years.

I've always been an Android guy, I just picked up my very first iPhone 12 Pro just a few days ago, I love this phone! The iPhone 12 Pro I think has everything you need and is about the right size for most people..........if money is no object, get the iPhone 12 Pro Max, it's heavier and bulkier which I find not worth it.

Watching this video on my 12 Pro. :D I wanted to have the best camera at the size of the 12 and not a glossy back...and the Max is definitely too big for me, so I went for the 12 Pro with 256GB and I'm super happy with it. :) (coming from a Galaxy S10 if someone is curious.)

yeah, as much as I care for amazing battery, which is a big deal to me, I care more about the size over all. I like medium sized phones. Max is too big and pro maybe big? Haven't seen. I like the 12's size , but 12 pro may be fine. I have a note 9, it's just too big, TOO MUCH PHONE, and debating on getting iphone 12 pro myself but I may hold off until either the next iphone, since USB-C all the things is BIG for me, or get a Galaxy s21 idk what they are going to do. I may be stuck with android though given that I like to emulate games and read on a manga app and novel app that simply aren't on ios and they make it a headache even after you jailbreak.
I definitely went with the 12 Pro for that 2x zoom... ever since they took it off the cheaper phones I've missed it. I kinda wanted to go for the Max for the extra camera features and better battery life, but a 6.1-inch iPhone was already bigger than I wanted (I originally went for the 12 mini and loved that size), so I just didn't think I'd like the 6.7-inch screen on the 12 Pro Max.

Good review! I really love to take good pictures from my iPhone X, there are a lot of good scenery here where I live in Boston. But that same good experience showed me that there is a big limit of what the iPhone X camera can do, specially for long distance shots and low light. So, it made sense for me to update to the new iPhone 12 Pro; it main selling feature is that new camera lenses. But at the same time I discovered about the mirrorless cameras that have been around for a few, they have gotten pretty good dealing with those same issues, have gotten cheaper and smaller. If you are like me looking for a better picture shooting experience, want better pics or just good scenery shoots to put in your Instagram the iPhone camera will ALWAYS underperform when you compare it with those cameras. And the main issue actually, is the price, you can get a very good mirrorless camera from a good brand like Canon, Sony or Nikon and they will be cheaper that this iPhone. And if you are like me, is very frustrating when you have the idea of this perfect pic in your mind and the iPhone camera don't delivers, and it never will. For this price range you can make the sacrifice of staying with your old iPhone for a bit more and put this investment towards a good camera (even a good point and shoot), having an extra gadget will be worth it.

Honestly, I’m still on an XS and don’t feel even slightly drawn to upgrade anytime soon. No significant enough changes have been made since the X and XS to make me feel like it’s worth upgrading until I inevitably break this phone someday 😅
iPhones are supposed to last up to 5 years. Don't know how so many of you think that apple wants you to upgrade when they release a new phone. If it would be the case then they'd just stop the software updates after 1-2 years.

I've always been an Android guy, I just picked up my very first iPhone 12 Pro just a few days ago, I love this phone! The iPhone 12 Pro I think has everything you need and is about the right size for most people..........if money is no object, get the iPhone 12 Pro Max, it's heavier and bulkier which I find not worth it.

yeah, as much as I care for amazing battery, which is a big deal to me, I care more about the size over all. I like medium sized phones. Max is too big and pro maybe big? Haven't seen. I like the 12's size , but 12 pro may be fine.
I have a note 9, it's just too big, TOO MUCH PHONE, and debating on getting iphone 12 pro myself but I may hold off until either the next iphone, since USB-C all the things is BIG for me, or get a Galaxy s21 idk what they are going to do. I may be stuck with android though given that I like to emulate games and read on a manga app and novel app that simply aren't on ios and they make it a headache even after you jailbreak.

I definitely went with the 12 Pro for that 2x zoom... ever since they took it off the cheaper phones I've missed it. I kinda wanted to go for the Max for the extra camera features and better battery life, but a 6.1-inch iPhone was already bigger than I wanted (I originally went for the 12 mini and loved that size), so I just didn't think I'd like the 6.7-inch screen on the 12 Pro Max.
Is it just me, I'm actually curious to see the review of the iPhone 12 mini.
