I had a conversation with some folks about this nysc few months ago.... I still think it's completely irrelevant and should be scrapped out of the system but i also understand that the monetary benefits has created a lot of job opportunities for fresh graduates, to start their business as the rate of unemployment in the country is still a huge problem. You've said it all, I agree with all your points.....I also just want to get the certificate, once and for all and get it done with!!! Who knows where life will take you?? But to also try to live in the present and make wonderful memories you can always look back on.....😇 It's just one year and it will pass by before you know it!! (Will keep that in mind) 😑
We camped together at iseyin , batch C stream 2, currently serving in Ibadan , CDs , clearance is just too stressful and so annoying.... just counting down to the 5 months left
I'm also serving in Ibadan. The work/PPA is cool but you see clearance/CDS and anything that requires you to wear your khaki, hell of a stress. And I just started o 😭😭
It is a total trash... The stress is nothing to write home about... Is an experience for some people (very few people) but a waste of time for me especially that CDs and clearance of a thing.

Currently serving in Abuja. The idea of nysc is pointless. I feel it's better everyday should serve in their states of origin.
