Whenever this Indian dance came on TV I would either leave the room or cover my eyes until it was over. When the Indian chief opened his tepee and yelled "QUIET!", I knew it all over and would come back in the room.

There was a time when people were proud of their country; proud to be Americans. In the wake of September 11th, patriotism came out of nowhere The attacks of September 11th, horrible as they were, united the people of the United States in a way not scene WWII.
Today people have been made to be ashamed of being Americans some even to hate their country. Ideas of political correctness Cultural Marxism and now the woke culture has come into being. They like to revise this country's history to make it as though America should never have been founded because of the way we treated Indians when we arrived and stole their land and say cartoons like this shouldn't be aired because of it's negative portrayal of Indians as hateful and war like. Let me tell you something. People think that all the Indian tribes lived in peace and harmony with each other before the white man came. Various Indian tribe fought against each other for land and they killed each other. The Indians dealt severe punishment to other tribes and even to people who were of their own kind who deviated tribal law. IDK about you and I have no animosity toward Indians but I'm proud, to be an American in spite of all the bad things we did. No country is perfect. But the good we've done throughout our country far out weighed the bad. We fought the Nazis and Japanese for God's sake, the ultimate evil, and people all over the world immigrated to this country to seek and better opportunity and above all freedom. How many people do you know wanted to immigrate to the Soviet Union during Cold War or to Cuba, or North Korea or China? This country has done bad things throughout it's history, but's still the best place to live in. It's still the greatest country on the face of the earth. And the white settlers who settled in the West did not come specifically to exterminate the Indians like the Nazis did to the Jews.
