😂 I gave my time and energy to charity but I pushed myself too hard and now I have sacroiliac joint dysfunction. Entirely my own fault. I have to learn to not give too much. Giving is good but not if its detrimental to your own well being. Am currently enjoying being looked after by my husband who isn't used to loading a washing machine or a dishwasher. We are living on take outs 😂. Oh yes, there has to be some changes. New year resolution: put me first for a change. Stop feeling guilty about not being there for everyone all the time.
