As someone who grew up in the South, I would say his stories are 90% true. There are some weird inbred kids and adults in the South. A whole neighborhood block would have Down syndrome. Every family would at least have a kid with Down syndrome. The reason is not too many outsiders or diversity. It's the same families reproducing for many generations. I got some crazy stories. Theo Von is just good at delivering the stories which makes it so funny. lol
