about the ability: In most games, Sleep IS a useless ability and/or a trap to make you lose your current ability and leave you wide open to attack. special case: What you described was how Sleep works in Squeak Squad. It's useless as a base ability, but it heals you (slightly) when you get the ability scroll. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In this particular game, the base Sleep ability allows you to recover (it didn't show because he was at full health). You also get to move a little bit (your move speed slows down rapidly though) before you fall asleep, instead of falling asleep on the spot like in other games. The upgraded version here ("Deep Sleep") has boosted heal rate and you get a random buff (speed up, power up, or [if you don't have it already] double health) when you wake up. One last thing is that this time, the upgrade does something sleep has NEVER done before...it allows you to STILL MOVE AROUND NORMALLY (though he has a tired look on his face) and you get to PICK where you sleep, instead of falling asleep on the spot and/or a short distance away! The downside is, Kirby takes longer to wake up, considering what this is. While it's not an ideal ability, it's FAR better now, in this particular game, than it EVER HAS been!

I had problems with sleeping for three days because I thought the spider mom would come through a hatch in the wall. It is still terrifying to this day. Coraline is one of the most terrifying childhood movies together with "Where the wild things are".

There's a dodge move you can do to make things easier. Holding down any of the shoulder/bumper buttons then pressing the control stick in a direction will make you dodge. If timed right it'll slow down time and give you the oppurtunity for a counter attack.
I'm playing this now, so far the first 4 zones are 100% completed and everything's collected. It's definitely worth completing this game 100%, it's just too good not to.

Also to be honest I find abandoned water parks and abandoned theme parks at night are kinda scary. Plus Coraline is an amazing movie and you should definitely watch it like what Choctopus said
5:09 on a visual standpoint, maybe. But on a mechanical standpoint, Pokémon LA is pretty watered down compared to traditional games. Also I can see kirby still going back to 2D (Metroid dread, is very well received, even with the prime games being in 3D before)
I do recommend Return to Dream Land. It is definitely one of the best kirby games. Fun levels, fun abilities, fun bosses (for the most part), and one killer sound track (a solid 90% original). One of my favorites along with Super Star Ultra, Triple Deluxe, and Robobot

3:55 Ah yes, a ring carousel. The oldest carousel in the world, The Flying Horses on Martha’s Vineyard is one of those. They’re really fun. Some people are skilled enough to grab 4, 5, 6 rings. There’s one legend that can get 7 per run around! I worked there for a few days. It’s a neat little place. Interesting piece of entertainment history. The reason I only worked a few days was because my friend worked there full time and they were so short staffed that he asked me if I wanted to help out. It was a fun experience.
getting 100% is always really fun in kirby games. ALWAYS, but the blueprint stuff is REALLY good because upgrading all the moves is incredible, especially when you unlock the two tier four abilities.
It may take a bit longer than you expect, because there is infact a postgame, but yes, when it comes to the main game, the next 2 worlds are the last ones.
The only thing I have found that is pointless to try to 100% is, The minigames in Waddle Dee Town (Excluding the Colosseum) and the best times for the Treasure roads (In my experience, it is only 50 Star Coins)

I always 100% every level and find all the Waddle Dees before moving on to the next level, but you don't have to do that. You have to save enough of them to open the gates to each areas boss level, but you never have to 100% a game in order to actually beat the final boss and win.

Aside from Kirby Squeak Squad (And through an upgrade which allows Sleep to heal), Sleep doesn't do anything, typically placed to be inconveniences.
