So the title of the video translates "Chen Family Style Taijiquan Kung Fu Frame Sequence; Practice with emphasis on single movement Fa Li (发力 explosive power)"
Here Master Chen Yu is not practicing a full set or even performing a full move, he is showing the major points in the first and second set/road forms where Fa Li can be applied, and he is explaining what kind of Fa Li and how it's done. The beginning text quotes him as saying there are two types of Fa Li, 'Slow' and 'Fast'.
A high level Chen practitioner will be able to practice any move or set both entirely with or entirely without Fa Li, but typically when the whole set is practiced only certain moves are performed with Fa Li, even in the second set, there are potential Fa Li moves that are generally not performed. But when practicing each move individually you can explore all the possibilities, and this is one reason why single move repeated practice is so important. The text says that Master Chen Yu demonstrates the major Fa Li opportunities, not all of them.
Obviously speaking Chinese would help with understanding what he is explaining, but mostly he's showing how to sink the weight, where the Fa Li begins and ends, and the type and direction of force.
Master Chen Yu is one of the most skilled Chen style Taijiquan practitioners and best representatives of the art in the entire world.

      Thanks for that.
It's unusual to find a comment that is so useful.

Very cool! Thanks for sharing. if after mastering Y-X axis (vertical and lateral axis controling
) plus coiling skills, a higher level of Jing will be developed.
Looking forward to seeing further progress.

This is very confusing … none of this looks anything like what 1st road that I learned from him… it’s cutting out 10 pieces of detail per movement? is this a modified short form?
