I’ve never not been excited for game night
As a DM I also ask for feedback after a session to see how the players liked it and what to change

I do that too! Jon and I also talk a lot about how the Game Master should also be having fun around the table, and players should be conscientious about making sure the GM is enjoying the game as well. It is really a balance of everyone involved working together to have a good time.
