Yes it is safe 😉 one is boiled and they do not use tap water in cooking, you will see a lot pf big water containers around Thailand, locals drink safe drinking water as well 😉

Diggy, I am with you as I love good wonton soup 😋. I also really like Pad Kee Mao Gai with the wide noodles. Not sure if I have seen either of you eat those 🤔. How sad is this discussing food as I am eating my cereal and toast for breakfast 🤣. I would rather swop it with a Thai breakfast 😉.

You can order a noodle without a broth (and may ask a restaurant for a separated bowl of broth). We call it dried noodle (Kuay tiew hang). My favorite is dried egg noodle. But normally you have to add a condiment to suit your palate too.
