I like the comment your son made, “one is like dessert and the other more of a breakfast.” Can not give a better definition. Also videos are very authentic and your comments are fun. There are also some tricks I find for myself while watching you cooking that are nothing to you since you’re the professional but for folks like me there is a new trick, like it never ever came into my mind to place a parchment paper right on rack and bake. Love it, it’s awesome! Thanks.
