I know how to do it (very easy) but it is never exact - the letters are not the same distance away from the object I'm curving around and I cannot figure out how to fix it can you please help? thanks
Good question. There may be a few things in play. I would test to see if you change to a different font face to see if you get the same result. Another thing to try is adjusting how much of a curve compared to size of the object that you are wrapping around. Meaning, you may need to scale up/down your object and adjust the amount of curve to find the right balance between the two. I would also look at adjusting the line height and letter spacing to see if that helps to give you some fine tune adjustments. Canva can be tricky to give precise control over placement.
