Rob sounded nervous... the first thing affected is your breath and his was shaky in some spots. Understandable, given it's a big deal for him to sing for his home team and Home state.
I'm a longtime fan and they have tremendous voices, but . . . I'm also an absolute stickler for a traditional National Anthem and I didn't care for it. I do not like it when people make the National Anthem "their own" by changing tempo, holding notes, etc. no matter how well they hit the notes. For instance, I absolutely love their rendition (along with Lee Greenwood and The Singing Sergeants) of God Bless The USA.
