If it was completed last year Big Incident would not take place , before second half what will happen if precautions or clauses are not there.
And what about congestion throughout goa. Is there any project (Since smart city)
to decrease congestion.

Court declared that the construction of this bridge is unauthorised, and so they have given stay order.
