Just started to see your hollow knight videos yesterday and it's so cool to see people still getting into this game - i only recently played through for the first time. I don't know if you noticed, but whenever there are pieces of paper on the ground that is a visual aid to help you find the map guy, Cornifer. Also, I don't know if I just missed this in one of your videos but did you find Sly? He's going to be very useful for you later into the game
@@dachless I don't think I've noticed the paper on the ground unless you mean the note he leaves when you miss him and I'm pretty sure I haven't seen Sly yet.
@frostyyy777 ah! So at 15:49 in the video, you can see on the left side of the elevator a piece of paper on the floor. And sly is someone who will be in Dirtmouth after you meet him

and yes, like @Brazao3 i recomend you to use more spells, mainly when there are a lot of enemies
Knowing that I didn't know when I last sat on a bench gave me enough power to clutch up and not die in the fight 😅 I'm glad you're enjoying it :)
