- Well maintained gardens, beautiful cottages make up the Bahadurji Sanatorium.A kind and able manager and an administrator are there to attend to your needs.Also, the managers wife's AKKURI at breakfast is to die for.

I spent delightful 4 days in Devlali. Just returned today - 26th Dec 2017. Bahadurji Sanitorium is awesome. Weather was great. Service and hospitality too good. Manager was very kind. However only tea is served. For food one needs to go opposite to Naterwalla or Orient. I travelled to Sula Wines, Pragati HAL Museum, Artillery Museum, Quite a few temples and on last day the Nashik City Mall. All in all great relaxation.

I have not stayed in Naterwalla so I cannot comment but Naterwalla is modern compared to this one.Personally
I prefer the old world charm sort ofassociated with such cottages here.

i found out today (November 2017). Its Rs 600 per day as staying charges. Hot water available. You have to bring your own towels etc. Tea will be served at a charge. Breakfast may be served if feasible to them. However no lunch or dinner, for that the manager said you have to go to the opposite side if you wish where you can eat as your order. Dont know what exactly he meant.. Guess the mgmt at the sanatorium wants to focus mainly on the stay and lodging only and not on food. Also if confirmed booking is to be done, you have to send a cheque by courier as advance payment. This may be due to the fact to avoid cancellations by the guests.
We would go to Naterwala sanatorium for lunch/dinner or town.
So possibly that's what the manager might be referring to or maybe there is an eating hall opp his sanatorium where one can go for lunch/dinner. How far is the nearest locality like market or local restaurants where one can go and eat. dont mind veg food too.......is it walking distance say like 2 kms or so?
Cyrus Loves India Definitely less then 2 kms.Rickshaws are easily available on main road.
You can visit Artillery museum one evening,,Khandobachi Tekdi and garden in evening and half a day at Sula Vineyards.Nothing much to do in Deolali.This place is for relaxation.

This place is hardly 10 to 12 minutes by rickshaw.As soon as you alight from the train, you will be surrounded by rickshaw-wallahs.Bargain.I am sharing a mobile number of a rickshaw-wallah called Bala. 08793771194.Thanks for watching and do subscribe.

You can visit Nasik Sula Wines, too but avoid the wine tasting unless you are fond of wine.
