1. Hold your CS single upright and to one side of the tooth’s surface. No toothpaste is required, by the way.

2. When you do this, you should be able to just carefully enter the gumline with the outer bristles of the tuft head.

3. Now move the CS single with precise, gentle movements carefully along the gum line, from one side of the tooth to the other. Always keep the tuft head upright and parallel to the tooth surface.

4. Work on the inside like you did on the outside: position your CS single at one end of the tooth. Touching the gum line carefully, clean the tooth using the same principle as on the front.
And now: the next tooth. Remember: don’t forget the chewing surface.
