I've been singing this in the shower the past couple of weeks. Such a good feeling when you hear a new song and you know it will stay with you as a classic. Thanks Nick.
Wow, my heart tells me this song is a haunting tune from the past, sparking emotions of nostalgia and familiarity, yet my mind is telling me that it is new and relevant. Confusing, but pleasing nonetheless.
Back in the day I was recording at nicks studio in shepherd bush, and I made a milk coffee for the engineer who was feeling a bit Tom and dick, used a saucepan to heat the milk and forgot about it, I christened his brand new invisible hob oven top, What a mess ta rrraaassssss! Was sent to the pub with Pete Thomas for Guinness, time out, Oh great daze 🤠🌶️🎸
One of my favourite Nick Lowe songs
Best record of 2019.
For me, Nick Lowe can do no wrong. Absolute legend ! Every song becomes an ear worm !
Nick Lowe has grace. His music and mood move with his age, without losing exitment and edge.
Hysterical! I love it!
I love this song. I connect so strongly with Nick's music, lyrics, the whole package.

I love Nick Lowe and have for a long long time
Saw Nick Lowe and his Cowboy Outfit in 1989(?) Loved it! Huge fan ever since..
It's a different sound for Nick, I like it.
It kind of sounds like something The Fortunes might have come out with in the 60s or 70s.
I Soo! Need this Right Now! Crank it
It is a great record/cd/download! ;)
This song is anthemic!
Thanks Nick

That’s what’s known as a killer song
Now that you mention it yeah. It does have that 60's quality to it.
Nick as Neil Diamond!
