I did the Refold course but didn’t end up finding it worth the cost. Everything they covered was stuff I already knew from AJATT/MIA/Refold content already. I also have my own system for accountability/consistency. I was really hoping I would get more out of the course but it just wasn’t for me. The most valuable thing was definitely the spreadsheet. I could see how it would be very beneficial for people who are newer to the immersion learning space or who need help developing a system for the consistency/accountability aspect.
I did the course back in December. The course was pretty good and helped me a lot to create a daily study schedule for my Japanese. I love the guys are Refold, they do good work.
I like that you are showing all of these language programs so we dont have to try and fail them ourselves. Have you ever tried Japanese from Zero website learning? I am about to sign my 13 year old up for it for homeschooling. I can't find any compregensive reviews for the website and only for the books. I know Japanese is a long way behind you, but wondered?

I think that goal setting is legit I’m setting my goal for 30 minutes and always feels good when I get over an hour
