What I can tell is like the HE1000 is to Arya what the Utopia is to the Clear. Still super detailed and revealing, but smoother, more organic and natural sounding, like someone took a super fine grain sanding paper and gave it one final polish :)

For me, the box should be the simplest and most nondescript, so that it would not be a pity to throw it away after the return period to the store has passed. HiFiMan are doing well, and I fully share their approach. About the sound. I really like the sound of HiFiMan. They all sound good in their own way. If I was asked what I would choose, then my choice is HiFiMan Arya Organic. I listen to all these headphones with my ears in the audio store, and my ears fell in love with HiFiMan Arya Organic.
I purchased the Arya Stealth recently for $599. Brand new. I considered the Organic but didn't want to spend another $380 for what I suspect wouldn't be a terrific difference in SQ. I kind of think the two best values in headphones currently are the Edition XS at $269 and the Arya at $599. The Arya Stealth was a $1600 headphone a couple of years ago and while I have little doubt that the HE1000 is in some ways the better headphone, I had to consider the cost. I'm not unhappy with my purchase in any way.
@@tomdavis6371 for sure. The Arya Stealth is one of the best tuned Hifiman headphones and I still use it over the HE1000 for some tracks because the tuning is just so good it's got the perfect balance of bass and mids and highs and it's still quite detailed
I noticed that the difference between the V2 and stealth was also the 3.5mm jacks on the bottom, the shape is different with the V2 being off center concentric rings and the stealth having perfect centered concentric rings.
Actually i have it the other way around; as soon as he opened the box I could see right away that the concentric rings are off center on the Stealth. Is that meant to be or just poor craftsmanship?
sound impressions are all over the place between these hifiman models. most say the V2 is much less bright than the He1000 Stealth and the Arya, here I hear the complete opposite, lol.
To my ears the V2 is more bright and my buddy who also got a V2 got an even brighter one. It seems that Hifiman has a LOT of variation between their models and they are not consistent at all which is an issue. All the Hifimans I've listened to have sounded good and detailed however they did sound all over the place with regards to tonal consistency
I’m currently looking at the Ananda Nano at 380 vs Arya Stealth at 620 vs the HE1000 Stealth at 1100. Feels like the Arya is probably the best bang for buck, but QC is a concern. I have the Edition XS and the right driver started buzzing out of warranty.
I would say that the HE1000 Stealth is pretty similar to Arya Organics tuning wise.. just it has a bit more detail since it's the HE1000 line.. but the tuning is similar they both have really nice bass for a planar
I just got the arya organics yesterday and I absolutely love them. Would getting the HE 1000 then be pretty much pointless? Any recommendations. My next question is I should get Audeze headphones I’ve never heard or owned one, it’s gonna be the LCDX or the MM 500 I think. Any thoughts?
I think the HE1000 Stealth would be an upgrade but not a substantial one because Aryas are already really great, I personally love my Arya Stealth. I haven't heard the LCDX or MM500 but in my experience Hifiman headphones have always sounded clearer and brighter than Audeze headphones. I don't like the warm or dark signature of Audeze headphones but that's just me.

Organics are fun, bassy and still easy to drive but expensive. He1000 stealth is even more expensive but close to arya organics. Harder to drive but a bit more neutral tuning against organics while still fun. Cant decide... I listen metal and edm music. I dont mind eqing hps. My amp is cheap. What should I buy?

I purchased both Arya Stealth and Organic to compare and choose between them, I liked the Stealth more, the sound signature was more pleasant to me on the Stealth. That was specially noticed in the “Rasputin” song for example. Organic was kind of harsh and sharper not that pleasant to listen to for my ears.. also the beats and punch is felt differently on both the Organic and the Stealth, on the Organic it is more felt in your head, and the stealth you feel the beats and punch in a more pleasant way, not that much foxed in your head. It is difficult to describe it.. and the Organic felt more like sharp knifes in your head sometimes…. well Stealth also can be harsh sometimes for some tracks, so it is good but not for everything. I enjoyed listening to some Hans Zimmer on the Arya Stealth too. I read in one of your comments that you love your Arya Stralth, so do you mean you love it more than the HE1000 stealth? What are your thoughts between the 2 please? What would you choose between Arya Stealth and HE1000 Stealth If you had to keep only one of them!
You could say that. Stealth is not as v shaped as the organic but the organic will have slightly more detail as well. I prefer the stealth because I find the organic a bit too v shaped for me
Compared to what? I mean.. they are hard to drive compared to Focals, Audio Technicas, Denons but not hard to drive compared to Senn HD800s or Beyer T1s or Audeze .. so it really depends what ur comparing it to
the build is a huge turn off for me, they look feel crap, i cant pay premium money even if they sound the best. the money they make on each pair is insane for what thir production really cost. they wouldt lose much money if they upgraded significantly materials and QC.. sad

I haven't but I actually heard that the SE was the MOST brightest out of the HE1000 models funny enough

HE1000 is better build than the Aryas but yes compared to other companies like Focal, Beyer, Meze etc they do not match up in build quality
