What is particularly interesting and bemusing about this video is that after this duck does that, her head slopes and falls down, it reminds me of humans going to sleep and I haven't ever seen this in any (wild) ducks before 😊 Maybe he/she feels so safe with you that this new behaviour happens?
I think those leafy greens should've been cut up, so that duck would not run the risk of choking on them. I know it didn't choke either way, but still, better to be safe than sorry. Also, was their something wrong with that duck that was causing it's head to droop down the way it did like that when it was sleeping? Or was that normal? Also, apparently if a duck eats something indigestible, like long and tough grass, string, and other things that are difficult to digest, they can develop something called "impacted crop", where the crop (front breast area) gets blocked up with food and/or foreign objects, and can't digest them properly. The crop will feel doughy if there's stuff in it, and it should clear itself out during the night when the duck is sleeping, but if it's still full in the morning, that might mean that something is wrong. I don't entirely understand the affliction, so I highly recommend doing research on it, in case you run into it with your ducks, chickens, or other birds (it does affect other birds). So in general, don't allow your ducks to eat stuff they're not supposed to, and don't give your Ducks food that's too big for them to digest.

くちばしの先を羽の中に差し込んで眠るには白鳥ほど首が長くないのが悲しいですね。
壁とか器の中のように支えが無いとどうしても落っこちてしまう^^;
でも見てる分にはカワイイ生き物の寝姿は和みます。
翼の中にくちばしをうずめるには、首が少し短いようです(笑)色々な寝姿を見せてくれるので、また動画にしますね📷️
