- Welp here we are at the end of Link Click: Bridon Arc and my worst fears have come true… I am soooo much more confused than I was starting this season. After we did some Google translating it looks like Felix has gone missing (not dead, or maybe still dead). Also, wouldn’t Vein want to hunt down LG and CXS right away after he survives??? Where is he in season 1 and 2? He for sure knows about the time travel powers cause he said “I’d like to hear what the original outcome was”… so what’s his role in all this?? It sounds like CXS’ father is dead but his mother is trying to go back in time to save him? And why is Liu Xiao playing Tetris and all of the blocks are the colors of our main characters and their power??? My brain has never hurt so much. As always leave your theories in the comments! this episode really made me rethink the whole "mastermind" title that was previously associated with Liu Xiao.
throughout the entirety of Bridon, and ESPECIALLY during Vein's death, we see that the true "mastermind" seems to be Lu Guang.
he was even doing hand movements that resemble moving and controlling puppets around (raising his hand and Wang Qing getting up, closing his fist and suddenly Vein's heart starts declining).
also worthy mention of how creepily calm Lu Guang seemed right before killing Vein, it just shows how "deranged" (if that's the right word) he actually is, doing everything he can just so a new path can form, even at a cost of someones life on his hands.
I knowwww those puppet hand movements were crazy 😭 idk if I can handle Lu Guang being the mastermind of this all tho
"There was somebody grabbing his heart" It's Lu Guang's hand, you can see it thanks to his watch. And remember that Lu Guang's eyes light up a bright blue when he's using his power.... So Wang Qing's eye color changing suddenly might indicate it's actually Lu Guang acting through her...

The fandom actually deciphered a code on Wang Qing student card that says "fake death ability" so one theory so far is that Lu Guang might have wanted to kill Vein but her power made it... well.. not permanent lmao
@ That's a very good question the fandom is currently in shambles lmao. Thankfully S3 is currently in work and will feature 24 episodes so we hopefully get to know more about Lu Guang actions.
The director of the show confirmed there's 3 way to get powers btw. Inherited at birht, getting it from someone (like Qiao Ling gettin Li Tianxi ability at the end of S2 or Lu Guang getting Cheng Xiaoshi's at the begining of Bridon) or killing the person to steal their powers. So. Lot of questions, even fewer answers than before lmao

My guess: Wang Qing's ability is "Fake Death." In the original timeline, she can't use her power because to activate it, she needs Vein's real name, which is Xiao Weiying, but she doesn't know; it's the first time they meet. So in this timeline, Lu Guang first delayed Vein's movement to make sure that Chen's mom quit Wang's body, then he possessed her body and used her power to "kill" Vein because he knew his real name from future.

what makes me confused is how lu guang manage to possesed wang qing body, cuz she didnt look like she was taking some picture after the fight. that makes me think that Lu guang might also use the abillities from the twin cuz their power only need photo of the target to possesed them in the current time. man my brain hurts.

the news report lu guang was watching is during present time 3 yeas after the bridon arc and right after twins incident in S2. The news report says that famous internet influencer and models are missing, and Xia Fei is one of them.

It couldn’t be the last episode of season 2 during the celebration, because he renames it to Time Photo studio, and through s1 and s2 it was always called time photo studio. I think it’s more likely that this is right after they got back from Bridon, cause he’s quoting what his mom said to him, that so long as they are in the same time they will meet again. Also the Director said in a recent video a bunch of stuff talking about how the Yingdu arc leads into s1 s2, the current and (final) timeline.
@@Jyudeeno, because QL was poking at CX for jumping down the ladder after his gunshot wound, which he did not have any in the yingdu arc. Also pay attention to the outfit they are wearing, matching end of season 2. Also in the original frame of the episode on bilibili it literally said after the tiancheng incident.

ALSO: The version of this episode that aired on crunchy roll and ani-Asia or whatever does not contain this text. I found out through twitter. I thought the gun wound they were talking about was from the tranquilizer(I guess) gun that Vein shot at cxs. I get it now. Qiao Ling just so happens to ask why the sign changes after he went to Bridon 3 years later at the end of season 2.. welp.

there was a caption missing in the scene where they’re back at the time studio that’s in the original bilibili version: “three years later, after the li twins case” (so after s2 - you can see they’re in their clothes from the last ep) so vein being resurrected (assumedly) happens after s2/at the end of s2
edit: when cxs is wiping the sign, the name has long been changed; he isn’t changing it. he’s just explaining the reason he changed the name (bc of what his mother had said to him)
Who is the “mastermind”? It could be either axial Liu or even Lu Guang.
contrary to people's opinion, i think Liu Xiao still holds the mastermind title...bc that one line in the movie scene "The Mastermind hasn't shown himself yet." is referring to LX himself.
sure, maybe Lu Guang was the mastermind behind Vein's death, but Liu Xiao still holds the strings aka this guy anticipated Vein's "death" too. bc the guy who opened Vein's body bag from the credit scene was Liu Xiao, that means he knew Vein is not dead yet!! he planned a bigger picture than Lu Guang's...GOD IM SO MADDDD HES STILL MYSTERIOUS EVEN IN THIS FINALE EP 😭😭😭

Hmm i think Lu guang has cheng and xixi power from Qiao Ling (we saw her dead too in ep 1) so thats how he is seeing throw Wang Qing eyes in the present time but idk if he did something with his hand in 13:27 or is it Wang Qing ability
What if Lu Guang was just using Wang Qing eyes to see and Wang Qing herself killed vein by using his real name. Maybe Lu Guang has the ability to see through the point of view of other people but not possess
I know a lot of people think that Lu Guang made Vein "die", but in S2 there was "interference" because they were possessing Xixi who had powers. When Wang Qing was taking the test they also had that same "interference" because Cheng Xiaoshi didn't hear Lu Guang's answer to the final question. We can make the conclusion that Wang Qing has an ability and the moment Cheng Xiaoshi's mom left Wang Qing's body that's when Wang Qing used her own ability to control Vein via his real name, then Lu Guang possessed her after that. His hand movements I assume just meant he knows what was going to happen in that moment, but this is all speculation of course since we don't have confirmations for anything so far.
Right I don’t get how it’s possible to be the same timeline as S1 since Cheng Xiaoshi was panicking so much in the earthquake episode, thinking his parents died in it…
Also I saw someone say that Chris student ID could be translated in Chinese as « fake death ability » so I think that’s what she used on Vein to gain time and run with the book/whatever he was after (since she seems more on Cheng’s mom side). I’m confused by the blue eyes tho, the animation and the scenes makes it look like it was Lu Guang’s doing but I don’t see how it’s possible(like what ability could he have and why would he only use it there). I think maybe it was more implying that Lu Guang was indirectly manipulating the situation, like everything went as planned ? I’m not sure obviously especially because of the blue eyes… we never cease to be surprised by Link Click ahah
I don't understand! How is this the same timeline that connect to season 1 and 2? There are so many questions!! What's Wang Qing's power? Can Lu Guang control people's power when he possess them? Does he have a photo of Wang Qing? Can Cheng Xiaoshi also control people's power? What's happening! Where did mom go all this time? Is Lu Guang going to become a villain? Can someone explain, so lu guang did go back to change xiaoshis fate right? but was this all already meant to happen and did lu guang prevent his death or not? he was only able to go back to bridon because he got xiaoshis power when he died right and hes now back? I DONT UNDERSTAND
