I am homeless living in my car. I don't scam or beg for anything. I use my computer to get free Wi-Fi at 4 corners Tomball, mc donalds twice a day to find a job. during the day I keep my car in the shade because my the dog. What a shame this man has done. I will get a job soon and leave the streets as soon as possible. I am disgusted at what I find in the homeless people here who can get a job and be productive but choose to live off of a government check and on the streets!

It's truly ridiculous that people are willing to pretend they are homeless instead of getting a job but at the same time there are too many people that are willing to give their hard earned money to these lazy people. I don't know why people are so surprised to find out that the "homeless" person that they have been giving money to may actually make more money than them. I don't give any money to someone that asks for it. Most people who actually need money are too humble or too embarrassed to ask for help.

2:16 when I went to Mexico to see family there was a man just like this with his son that would make necklaces, and mini statues out of wood to sell them. He did not have a blanket or anything, therefore I knew he wasn’t lying, so I bought about 10 things from the guy. The son seemed very happy after many people passed them not buying anything until I did. It truly made my day just seeing the father and son smile.

You want to know what I hated most? The food. Most people think that homeless are always starving but we have food stamps and yes food does help but money for a room to sleep in that night is better. If a major snow storm happened people bring homeless food. The human body can go up to three weeks with no food but only 3 hours in extreme conditions without shelter

There is this "homeless" guy near me who asks for money to bury his son but he has a nice car and has done this for like 5 years

I would always give to the homeless when I was a kid, my parents conditioned me to stop, and now I can't force myself to give homeless people money, no matter how hard I try.
My dad tried giving many a chance to "fix" their lives by hiring them and offering to give them a credit to rent an apartment, he would set an appointment and ask them to go to his office and none ever did. The next day, he would find them in the same spot begging for money, and when he confronted them they'd invent all sorts of excuses as to why they couldn't accept my dad's offer.
Now he doesn't even bother.

They can pretend all they want, but they must know the saying "you reap what you sow". As for those that do help the homeless when have a chance, continue doing it because you might end up helping the real ones who needed it the most. Dont let this discourage you to help. Afterall, it is from your good heart and I am sure the reward will be much greater :).

Not true, I was homeless for 12 years (Since I was 3) And we never needed food because we get something called food stamps.We do need money for things like getting a motel to sleep in for the night so we have a roof and walls and beds. If someone is hungry enough they will use the money to get food but if they actually spend money on it, it might because they sold there food stamps for drug money because every single homeless person we have met needed money and not food.
