Yat Lok has a star, but the other two have Bib Gourmands - it's the level below a star, granted to restaurants with good food below a certain price level. It means they're often, but not always, cheaper than restaurants with actual stars.
I think something is wrong with your camera. The video keeps jumping like you pieced together a thousand video frames to make one video. Makes it hard to watch.
It calls flicking, led lights does that to cameras :/ and cause I'm not making any money on TH-cam yet I can't afford pro version of my editing tool which allows you to get rid of that effect :(
